Be Extremely Careful — This Is Not a Law Firm

I used this service and realized very quickly that they are not attorneys and cannot legally represent anyone in court. They only prepare documents for people to file pro se, which means you are fully responsible for your own case.

They speak confidently, but when it comes to the actual legal process, they cannot defend your claim, respond to motions, negotiate with opposing counsel, or appear in court. In my experience, the service created a sense of urgency and made the process sound simple, but the paperwork they provide has no legal weight unless you already understand how to litigate on your own.

Anyone considering this should understand:
• You will be representing yourself.
• They cannot practice law.
• They do not provide an attorney.
• You will face trained lawyers alone if the other side responds.
• Their “case value” talk is sales language, not legal advice.

This company is essentially a document preparation service, not a legal remedy. Vulnerable people who are dealing with financial stress should be aware of this before paying.

I’m leaving this review so others know exactly what they are buying and don’t walk into a complicated legal situation mistakenly believing they have real representation.

I was contacted repeatedly by a representative who was extremely pushy and made countless promises about how they could help with my legal issue. She assured me they would file my complaint, explain all my options, and that I needed to act quickly. After paying, all I received was a long, unimpressive draft. I was then told I had to file it myself—and that they wanted $1,800 for this bare-minimum service. The price might have made sense if they were actually doing more than handing me a generic complaint, but they weren’t.

Out of frustration, I spoke to a different paralegal in Chicago. With very little information, he immediately told me my claim wasn’t even enforceable under Oklahoma law. If a random paralegal could figure that out right away, why couldn’t (or wouldn’t) the people I paid? Their job, if they are truly paralegals, was to disclose that upfront so I could make an informed decision. Instead, they fed me false assurances and wasted my time with 15 pages of irrelevant material.

When I asked for a refund, they admitted I was correct about the law—but still refused to return my money. Instead, they’ve come up with a string of excuses for why they “can’t” refund me, none of which hold up. They even stated they would fight any chargeback, despite knowingly selling me something I couldn’t use.

The worst part was dealing with the owner. He was rude, aggressive, and unprofessional, resorting to name-calling and profanity. He actually threatened to sue me if I posted my experience publicly. He claimed I just “changed my mind” and wasn’t serious about suing. That’s false. I was misled. Just because I could sue doesn’t mean I should, and that choice should have been mine to make with accurate information. Instead, they took that choice away from me by failing to disclose the truth.

Whether through ignorance of the law or deliberate deception, this company operates in bad faith. They misrepresented their services, refused accountability, and continue to invent reasons to keep money they did not earn.
