Lovely company, really easy to deal with and better price than 90% of others. Had a bit of a tight delivery turnaround between getting the stove we wanted and fitting, but Stuart made it work and it's turned up this morning! Delivery courier was really helpful too getting it as close to the door as possible. Very happy! Cheers guys!

Ok where do I start, I am 62 and run a small construction company in Suffolk, Ive been in business over 40 years and obviously dealt with thousands of companies over the years, I have to say hand on heart the guys at National flues have been the nicest people I have dealt with ever, Stu and Neil have been so helpful and gone over and above normal customer satisfaction standards, I can not praise them enough for all the advice and help they gave me when I bought my woodburner package, I will 100% recommend this company to anyone I talk to who is considering a woodburner or anything else they sell, well done guys i will be back to buy more just to experience your customer service again,

We had a log burner fitted in October . Everything from the showroom visit to the end result was fabulous. Lots of help and advice given in the showroom. The lad who came out to give the quote was very helpful. The lads who fitted it Chris and Kyle had such a difficult job because our chimney was basically a nightmare.At one point we thought the log burner wasn’t going to happen .. but they assured us they would do everything they possibly could and they went above and beyond expectations. The lad who they recommended for the plastering was brilliant… The finish on the plaster was so smooth he did a fantastic job and he left the room clean and tidy , I wish I could remember his name. I would highly recommend fires in stone. We love our log burner.

Sell you an item, don't ring on/after supposed delivery date, dont answer chaser emails. Then be be told after chasing item isn't in stock. I've had to cancel my fitter now! Thanks for nothing.

We had a new stove delivery abandoned in the middle of our drive. Not the house. Not the front door. Not the garage. This left my wife having to drag an 85 kg stove across the drive into the garage to secure the delivery.

From our point of view this was completely unacceptable, but when raised with the company they ultimatley felt this was as should have been expected. After some back and forth we left with the the impression that as the stove was a competively priced we should expect substandard service.

After this experience I would recommend looking elsewhere for a stove, as it was not the cheapest and the service was poor, but mostly as a customer I felt my concerns were brushed aside.

This company are very helpful and professional I ordered two items from them and stupid me ordered one of them wrong I rang the company this morning and it’s was no problem at all they sorted my mistake and there should of been a small charge for the right part but they said it was absolutely fine and will be shipped today

Good advice and helpful. Delivery time fine and driver extremely positive when faced with tight turning.
The fire was installed without fuss and looks excellent.

Recently had a wood burning fire, false chimney breast and units installed by Fires in Stone and it was an excellent experience from start to finish and I cannot recommend them enough. Communication was clear throughout and all our needs were met. We worked out a design and with their help were able to realise exactly what we wanted. The entire team we're great to deal with and the final product is superb

I would highly recommend Fires in stone. Very professional outfit, friendly staff from the office and the installation team. They even hung the mirror for me and re-painted part of the flue at no extra cost.

We visited the showroom in Cramlington and the advice we received was excellent and helped us to decide which log burner was suitable for our house. The log burner was fitted with no fuss or mess. The lads were very professional and friendly and cleaned up after they were finished. It’s a family run business and they really do take pride in what they do. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company, we are very happy.

From initial advice in the showroom , even to signposting to another business in Washington with a bigger showroom for us to view options, the staff have been attentive, listened to our needs and carried out the work to the letter. The workmanship is second to none - shout out to the electrician - and lovely to see a female working in this field and not to forget Tom. They arrived on time, great preparation to cover carpets and furniture and very friendly. Courtesy call received both before and after the job and we do not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone wishing to have work done. Local company, great service
