Went browsing for an upgrade today at Nathaniel’s Swansea branch, having bought a new MG from the Bridgend branch 3 years ago. Walked away very excited after ordering a new MG. Our sales advisor Luke Thomas (budding new member of the Nathaniel team, although in the business for a while) was absolutely fantastic! Such a personable & friendly individual, who explained everything clearly & precisely, making the process so straightforward. Best of luck Luke in your new venture with Nathaniel, I’m sure you’ll do brilliantly x

Went to look at MG4zs in Swansea when we arrived I was asked about what type of car we are looking for petrol and automatic we were told what section to look at by Mathew then left to look around at out own leisure.when we found the car Mathew showed us around and explained all about the car once we were happy we went for a test drive that was a Sunday very happy with the car then put a deposit on it and picked it up on the Saturday. We were greeted by Sam who check with the car, he then said we would have to bring it back the following week as it had to have anew windshield as there was a small chip in this cars screen which I didn’t notice. Had the new windshield done today absolutely more than happy with the (service)we had from the receptionist to Mathew, Sam, Brandon, and the lad that showed us the all abut the dashboard etc. one last thing we tried 2 other MG dealerships and all they wanted to do was sell us products and 1 dealership which was 4 hours away was even going to charge us for putting petrol in the car So thank you to everyone at Nathaniel Car Swansea many that’s Kenny

Recently purchased an MG4 from Swansea dealership, from going into the showroom to collecting the car 1 week later the service was exceptional, friendly yet professional service from Brandon Evans the Sales Executive he explained everything especially discounts deposits and costing in an open clear concise manner.
Manager Sam Thomas also provided excellent service in the absence of Brandon and continued with sales process not delaying anything at all.
Sam was professional and a very supportive manager both face to face and on the telephone always available to take our call.
Thank you also to Lewis Smith who dealt with our questions listening and acknowledging our concerns in a polite professional manner and suggesting solutions for us.

Went with my mum to buy a new car and we both had a great experience with the whole team there. Really nice salesman, gave plenty of time for questions etc! Was given a very good price for my mum's car and then given a cup of latte whilst we waited for the admin work to be completed. All in all, was a very pleasant experience.

The manager Sam was an absolute pleasure to deal with as were his team. Good buying experience. Will be back again for our future cars.

I went to view/test drive a car on Saturday 29th June in the Swansea showroom. Mark was incredibly helpful and I decided to go ahead with the purchase and Mark helped set up the finance. As I live in Caerphilly and the car I was trading in no longer had an MOT Mark said it would be no problem at all to pick up the new car and trade in the old car at the Cardiff branch (much closer to home) on Saturday 6th July. Mark phoned on Tuesday and confirmed this would still be ok to go ahead. Then, on Friday, I get a phone call from Mark to inform that although I can drop the old car at Cardiff branch, I wouldn't be able to pick up the new car from there, I'll have to drive all the way to the Swansea branch to collect. Desperate for my new car, I say this isn't a problem and I'll work this out. Saturday morning I drop the old car to the Cardiff branch who were very nice, but then get told "it would have been much easier for you to pick the new car up from here too". I advise that I was told that wasn't possible from the Swansea branch and the reply is "yeah that's possible, why did they tell you it wasn't?" At this point it's too late and off we go to Swansea to collect the new car. When we arrive, Brandon does the hand over but doesn't seem to have anything ready. I'm told Mark has my folder with all the documents. The spare key isn't even at the showroom and they say I can pop back to pick it up when it arrives from the Bridgend showroom. I tell them I don't live locally and I'm told it will be posted. There may also be other paperwork I need to sign, but Brandon isn't sure and if there is anything, I can "probably sign it digitally when Mark is back in on Monday". I'm handed the keys and basically told I can go. Then as I leave I ask why the Cardiff branch told me it was possible to pick the car up from them and I'm told again no it's not possible because they're separate entities (but it's ok for me to drop my car there and for another branch again to have the spare key) and that the Cardiff branch should not have told me it was possible as it's absolutely not. Then Brandon said "well I've only done it like that once in the past as a favour", which again proves it was possible.

Overall it felt like as soon as they had the car sold the customer service went out the window and they didn't want to help me. Not only did I take time away from a very busy Saturday, I also spent money on fuel driving around South Wales when ultimately I didn't need to. This was not a great experience and it makes me reluctant to use Nataniel Cars again in future. At the start everyone seemed very helpful but the disorganisation has left me feeling disappointed.
