After months, no years, of knowing I ate too much sugar, I decided to do something about it. Tasha came highly recommended, has a calm manner, listens, and explains what is going on.
Unknown to me, my constant chest pains and “stressed” feeling in my gut were all related to eating too much sugar. Even a hot chocolate would trigger them. Tasha recommended some blood tests. While these were within NHS acceptable levels, Tasha’s knowledge and experience suggested that I needed to decrease the sugar levels.
How right she is.
Tasha has provided support, encouragement, and motivation to remove sugar from my diet. With her support, tasty food options, awesome granola, delicious smoothies, colourful, tasty plates of food, I have kicked the sugar.
I do not want those chest pains or “stressed” gut again. Thank you Tasha!

I had a fantastic experience working with Tasha again on the Winter reset. The week of healthy eating was thoughtfully planned, practical, and genuinely enjoyable. The recipes were delicious, easy to prepare, and used everyday ingredients, which made it simple to stay on track even with a busy schedule. Best of all, the whole family loved the meals — no separate cooking required! I did Nourish Week and it was exactly the reset I needed. Don’t be put off by the big shopping list – the meals were simple, tasty, and easy to fit around my busy working week, I just started a little later so I could batch cook on days that suited me.
The WhatsApp group made me feel really supported and kept me accountable. By the end of the week I felt lighter, more energised, and much clearer about how to eat well without strict dieting. And I continued you on for another week! 100% recommend!
Tasha is like a tonic. She is enthusiastic, knowledgeable, open, easy to talk to and just a generally wonderful human. I have IBD and was struggling with flair ups and Tash has made it perfectly normal to talk about poo. She has opened my eyes to a world of wonderful foods and supplements and I made good use of many of her hints and tips - even the chocolate digestive teabags! Her nutritional knowledge is vast and I love that she will continue to research in to my individual situation and give me solutions. If I’m honest I cannot recommend Tash enough as a wonderful nutritionist.

Just completed my first nutrition week with Tasha. It was a week of yummy meals with plenty of support throughout the week. Learnt a lot of tiny changes to make to my diet going forward. I had more energy and my body felt revitalised. No sweet cravings for me during the week. Every meal was an explosion of flavour and colours. The attention to detail from Tasha is outstanding and Tasha explained why we were eating certain foods and how our body will benefit. Tasha has a wealth ok knowledge and an abundance of enthusiasm. I would recommend joining one of the nutrition weeks if you have the opportunity. I loved it so much I am going back for more at the next session in January. Thank you Tasha.

Great experience from start to finish. I had my blood taken at home which was so easy and convenient. Natasha looked at my results in great detail and explained where I could improve certain areas and optimise my health. She sent me a detailed plan that I can take away and work on. I am Very satisfied and will go go back to Natasha for regular blood checks x

I’ve been working with Tasha for three months now, and she has been fantastic. She combines real attention to detail with genuine care for the people she works with. The nutritional advice she gave me has made a huge difference to my symptoms, and her supplement recommendations have been excellent and clearly explained. I started working with Natasha twelve weeks ago
My reason for going is to get my cholesterol down we have looked at what I eat I thought I was eating well
But I was surprised how much more I can eat and hopefully bring it down I will have a cholesterol test at the end off September fingers crossed it will have gone down even if it’s the same I have learnt to live a healthy life through diet

I have just finished working with Tasha who has been trying to help my 8 year old neurodiverse son. She analysed his stool test, a gut protocal was implemented and it has been very helpful. The issues my son has been having have been hard to deal with, Tasha has been so supportive and I have really appreciated her dedication to think of ideas and solutions to help my son, in addition she has so much knowlege. It has been so refreshing to work with someone who really cares and is passionate about helping others. The program for my son is over but I intend to use Tashas services in the future and I highly recommend her services.

I have just completed the summer reset. I loved the recipes and getting back to home cooked food with none of the processed things we had come to rely on. Been a great 12 + weeks with Natasha. I wanted to get a better understanding of nutrition, lose some weight and have guidance. I got all of those and more! I had amazing help and many tips from Natasha who was always a message away if I had a question. After years of wondering why I was always so lethargic and Dr’s not even acknowledging, Natasha organised for me to have blood tests and she went into a lot of detail with that and came up with a plan for me, so as well as being healthier nutrition wise, I’m also feeling so much more energised. I can’t thank you enough and look forward to doing the Summer Reset with you which I highly recommend those too! I can not speak highly enough .
Natasha has helped my stomach get back to good health in 3 months that my Drs could not do or provide in 10 years .
From start to end her guide plan is very easy to adjust to and remember, from visit to visit my diet is adjusted to get me back to recovery. I feel so much better , not just in the symptoms in my body but my well being. Like they say your gut health is linked to your brain . Now I feel I am running on optimal health and well being .

Attending Hartwell Nutrion’s Spring Reset with Tasha was incredibly insightful. As someone who considers themselves healthy, with a balanced diet and regular exercise, I wanted to learn more about increasing protein in my diet, especially after going through menopause. This week-long journey not only helped me understand the benefits of protein but also inspired me to continue learning.
Additionally, as a mild arthritis sufferer, I was keen to explore foods that reduce inflammation in the body. I gained valuable insights, though I plan to dig a little deeper into this topic.
Tasha’s plan, content and updates were truly inspiring! The instructions were clear, the recipes delicious, and the learnings invaluable. I would definitely seek out more of Tasha’s instruction in the future.
