The decision was between the Ridge wallet and Nano. Emailed both with the same query. Got a friendly personalised response from Nano within hours and 3 days later a standard response from the Ridge. Visually, the two products look identical with the only difference being the Ridge logo is engraved. Decided on Nano.
Got my Nano within two days with the tracking number, followed by a personalised email and a complementary spare part.
Amazing customer service.
Amazing delivery service- even the external postal packaging is unusual and cool.
Amazing product.
I hope they can keep up this superb customer experience.

Great from start to finish
I visited the site wanting a new wallet for an upcoming holiday, I had a few questions and not long to go until I missed the cutoff for next day delivery.
Phoned up to ask my questions and was even assured on the phone without promoting that it would definitely arrive tomorrow if I ordered the colour I wanted straight away.
Excellent customer service, excellent packaging & an absolutely beautiful wallet. I'm really happy with my purchase and I will not be purchasing one from any other company again.

Have bought two wallets from them and…
Have bought two wallets from them and have been very satisfied with the communication and speed of delivery both times. My most recent wallet developed a small rip on the cash strap and when I spoke to the company they have sent me a replacement without fuss, and their communication again throughout has been excellent. Would recommend them and would use again; very happy.

Apprehensive at first about switching…
Apprehensive at first about switching up my wallet to a cardholder type. Been loving it so far, had it just over the month still looks great and reduces the bulk in my pocket.

Really nice natural exposed Carbon card holder.
I had a small issue with the money strap where is was bobbling. I contacted nano and received a prompt reply, They replace the strap and in addition sent me a money clip with all the tools and spare screws to install! Fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend their products

Outstanding.
Ordered a Nano wallet last weekend and it has been delivered today. Well packaged, nice presentation box and beautifully engraved with my name. I emailed the company a couple of days ago to check on my order and Barnaby responded back very very quickly. The item is as described and my cards are already loaded into it. Great quality and even better service
Bought a wallet as a present for my partner about 10 months ago and they were so helpful - I realized after ordering that they also did an engraving service so I wanted to add this into my order and they sorted this out straight away and applied the discount on top. Wallet came nicely packaged and promptly too. I then enquired to see if I could order some of the screws as over time 3 have fallen out and they quickly sorted it out and shipped me a pack of screws to fix it. Barnaby has been extremely helpful on all occasions and I can't recommend them enough on both quality and service :)

Great service
Ordered in September 2024 and loved the wallet since then.
Some screws had come loose and fallen out.
I contacted customer service and within 2 hours they had sent me replacement screws through a tracked mail service.
Highly recommend wallets and customer service

Got a wallet as a gift for Christmas with the cash strap and it’s by far the best wallet I have had I ordered the cash clip last week to change it up but wasn’t sure how to fit it so sent the team a email and responded to me within hours. Amazing Communication and amazing products

Highly recommend the product and the company

Have purchased two recently one gifted and one for myself, with a further one on order for my wife. Excellent quality and value for money highly recommend. Amazing costumer service! The products are well made and extremely durable! They sent me the wrong item but after sending my email, they’ve replied and solved the issue in a matter of minutes!
