Don’t do it! I tried to order two pairs of compression socks. They asked me did I want ask these other offers tacked on to which I clearly clicked no. What should have been around $30/35 they ended up charging my card $107. They would reimburse me cause the package had already shipped. When I got package I didn’t open it and returned it. They only reimbursed me $85 of the $107 saying they don’t reimburse for shipping when it was their fault in the first place. Total rip off! And Facebook should be ashamed for allowing them to advertise. Crooks.

Had socks in April time buy 2 get one free socks ok but I’ve noticed you have taken 2 more payments off me when I payed in full for them I did not ask for anything else will not be using you again I’ve tried ring on several occasions but can’t get through or u put phone down very disappointed in you I’m hoping you won’t take any more

Sent an order back in February and was received in February. I ordered 1 pair of socks and all the free offers came up. I declined all of them. I called immediately and I was told to send back. The credit was just issued in may! Worst company ever. Order from amazon! I was even dealing with mark rios.Rios. what a joke!!!

Bought socks once and they snuck a $40 a month charge in on me. Called to dispute and they kept hanging up. Stay away!

Scam company, added 4 items that I didnt order, I ordered one pair of socks for my father, should have been $32.94, ended up being $143.00. Immediately called them and they stated that items had already shipped, including items I had never heard of. After calling paypal we realized that they signed me up for an auto subscription without my consent which Pay Pal was able to cancel. Complete scam of a company.

I'm 54 yrs old and I've been a driver @ ups for over 30 yrs. Immediate relief the moment I put them on. They do not feel like they are squeezing your legs like others do. Easy to put on and take off. I can't explain why I don't have any pain once I put these on, but my feet are ready to go once they are. Worth every penny to me.

This is an absolute scam; you do get socks but you also are charged monthly at $35-40/ month for a “support site”, whatever that is. I have never agreed to this nor have I accessed it.
When I called customer service I was told that I checked the box & agreed to it but I did not. When asked to speak with someone like a manager, I was told there was no one to talk to.
DO Not Buy These Socks!

Con artists. Take money out of your account monthly. No reply to calls complaints or emails. I have had to cancel my card. DO NOT USE THEM !!

After reading these reviews I also noticed I was being charged monthly the same amount as my purchase actually one came thru today 20/21/24.
I called and got thru and got a refund along with today's charge reversed.
I believe as everyone here had legitimate issues with this company I personally will never do business with them again and advise anyone who has, to check your credit card account frequently. They are definitely shady and crooked.

I wouldn't give any stars if I could. Nano socks is a company that cons you and adds things You didn't order to your bill and adds the bill up wrong hoping you won't notice. Do not use them ...

Socks delivered today. No paperwork or returns address on parcel. I have contacted them and have yet to have an answer on how to return the items as they are extremely tight around the tops. Expected them to be tight but not around the tops it is causing indentations in the skin.
They also charged a processing fee and shipping amount with no pre warning given.

Do not use Nano Socks, they charge your card erroneously for products you did not order. They did this to me with charges up to $100 and then when I called to cancel the order, they indicated our product was processed and shipped so they couldn't do anything about it. This is a problem - do not trust this site, they need to be shut down.

I ordered one pair of socks from the website. There were several other items the site kept throwing up before I got to pay for the order. After inputting my credit card the total of the order came to $66. The socks cost $17 incl coupon with shipping. I immediately contacted the company, sent an email. I got a response saying they were looking into it.
The next day I got another email stating there was nothing they could do the order had shipped! I had already informed my cc people of the error.
Nanny socks email stated I could keep the order with a 40% discount or ship it back for a refund. Paying the postage myself!
Don’t do business with this company it’s sharp business practice on the public!
