I used this platform and even pause for it, it is incredible bad and when I tell it what it did wrong multiple times it just keeps making the same mistakes

I am extremely disappointed with the service and support from Nano Banana. On February 5, 2026, I paid 799.95 CNY (approx. 894 HKD) for a Pro subscription (Stripe Order ID: src_1SxJ8gEFKcmNy7bVEuqsws9V).
Initially, the payment went through, and my account was credited with 5,000+ credits. I successfully used the tool and generated several images (at which point my balance was around 4,900 credits). However, shortly after, my Pro status was revoked and my credits disappeared.
Despite providing clear evidence—including:
The Stripe/Alipay transaction receipt.
Screenshots of the images I generated on their website with their logo visible in the browser.
Proof that I had 5,000 credits which were consumed.
The support team continues to claim they "cannot find the order" and has now stopped responding to my emails for over 24 hours.
I have officially filed a dispute with Alipay to recover my funds. If you are considering a purchase here, be warned: their payment system is unreliable, and their support will ignore you even when presented with clear proof of transaction.

It's doing a very bad job at product…
It's doing a very bad job at product photography when it comes to lights and it's sizes in reference to a human. It also doesn't recreate it's own image generated by it's own prompt in a correct manner. It's useless.

Worst for restrictions don't bother
Used to be the best for image generation. Now the ai restrictions make it impossible to generate anything specific ... hard fail guys this is now the most frustrating worst image generated ai out there fix this .... and also let people know what words exactly are restricted what a waste of a good program whoever did this update cooked the entire app the worst don't waste your time or money

Money is drawn from my bank for a subscription yet my subscription is not activated in Nano Banana, no custumor support yet !! Bad service so far and I do not recomend.
