Paid $718 for a yearly plan – the main feature doesn't work
I bought the Pro Max Year Plan ($718.80) on October 4, 2026, mainly to use Veo 3 for video generation. On October 22 my Veo 3 generations kept failing with "Video generation failed: 400", even with a fully stylized fantasy image as the reference. The same kind of generation worked fine directly on Google Veo that same day, so the problem is on NanaImage's side.
Instead of a fix, the error message suggests switching to Kling, which costs 4–5 times more credits per clip and gave me poor results with heavy artifacts. I lost a full working day and couldn't publish my video.
The 14-day refund window had already passed by the time these problems appeared. I've contacted support and asked them to either fix Veo 3 or refund me. Think twice before buying a yearly plan here.
