If there was an option to give negative stars I would! We moved from California to Texas and was told by North American Moving Services they were an independent company and NOT a broker! They said they were sending a box truck to pick up our items in our storage unit when the truck arrived on 4/26/2026, it was a SEMI TRUCK!!! the truck was not able to fit in the storage unit which resulted in us having to pay even MORE because the driver and his outside workers had to walk from our unit to the front of the storage facility where his truck was. They gave us a set price in which went up 3 different times! From $4,200.00 to $9,804.00! AND they outsourced our load to another company, Royal Moving and Storage!

I called to get and ETA on our items as we have NOTHING!!!!! and they said they are loading our items from there Henderson, NV warehouse today 5/4/2026 and they would call us once the driver leaves their facility today, 5/4/2026. I asked her why they off loaded our items again when they already loaded them once to be delivered to us. She said things change all the time. I'm beyond pissed and will be raising hell!

How these trucking companies think they can get away with this is crazy! Not on my watch!

If she didn't have the answer she gave me the right point of contact who did. Justin in dispatch kept me well informed on pick up times and dates. Sunny again directed me to customer service with my job number so I could plan the move in. Thanks for the support and great team work!

Josh helped me move from Washington all to Texas. He did a very thorough inventory with me over FaceTime. At first I was hesitant because his price was higher than most but when they showed up and handled the move with no complications I was glad I saved myself the headache! Thank you Josh for all your help would recommend!

North American Moving definitely saved my behind i booked with a broker without knowing and they sent some dude and his son with a 2000 chevy and a falling apart trailer no only did my representative at North American (Izaiah Jackson) helped advise me on how i should try and get my deposit back but they showed up last second got my mom done and accommodated my delivery I wanted I will say they aren’t the cheapest but they back every penny up with their service plus their customer service is actually in office not some third party that reads a script.

Excellent care fair prices highly recommended

Very good communication the reps and movers both went over the services with me multiple times so I understood how everything worked and know that I was not overcharged at pick up.
