I haven't received any wine that hasn't been delightful since I became a member. The service is magnificent; I receive a case quickly. The choices of wineries give me a wide variety of wines to try throughout different regions.

Got a voucher that I was interested in for $100 off. Chose products on their site, then during checkout it said I could only use it if I became a member of their $40 monthly subscription... made the voucher completely worthless. They lost the money I was going to pay after the voucher because I'm going somewhere else. What an absolute scam and waste of time

There are so many great things. The customer service is fantastic, whether helping solve a shipping issue or giving advise on what wine to purchase. The wines are great and fairly priced. We are drinking much better wine than we could buy at the stores for the same price. Anytime we have received a bad bottle, or something we just didn't like, we received a refund for that bottle. No questions asked. I like being able to actually interact with the winemaker, and being able to support small wineries. We are so glad we discovered Naked Wines.

I've been a Naked Wines customer for a long time now. That's because I can count on their selection, service, and delivery. They keep their promises and deliver the best wines at the best prices. I just placed another order, and am looking forward to sipping with pleasure!

Very high quality wines at a reasonable price. I love that they track the ratings, so I can order a box and say "surprise me" and since they know what I've rated highly in the past they can send me something I'm almost certain to like as well.

Naked Wines offers a wide range of wines from small, independent winemakers. I've found their wines to generally be excellent. I like that shipping is free with 12 or more bottles, which a lot of wine clubs don't offer. I've never had an issue or gotten the wrong bottle of wine. If you are a red wine drinker there are some superb reds at great prices. My only comment for improvement is that their selection of whites is more limited, and as an occasional Chardonnay drinker I'd like to see a bigger and better selection of Chardonnays.

I always get a friendly response to anything I might need to know or advice I might ask for. And the wines… so wonderful

I have generally had little interest in wine clubs, because I assumed they all operated by sending out fixed shipments at specific time intervals. Naked Wines is a completely different experience, and I have been consistently happy with them over the past 5 years. I enjoy selecting my own wines, when I want to receive a shipment (although the website/app also provides helpful suggestions). There is a tremendous variety of excellent wines from small winemakers available--there are always more than enough old favorites and new selections to choose from. I have only very rarely had any issues with shipments or wine selections, but the customer service from Naked Wines is always outstanding.

It has a wide variety of wine profiles, so anyone can find a bottle that suits their taste without breaking the bank.
You can find every varietal and country (almost) there is, and the delivery is always speedy. Great club.

A large selection of wines to choose from, enabling me to try a wide range of wineries and varietals. Still like Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc, learned more about Oregon and Washington State wines, and those from New Zealand. Discovered wines from around the world including South Africa, Chile and Australia. I have been happy with most all of the wines I have purchased, good prices and rapid shipment.

I am a customer for life! Naked wines offers great products, but most importantly they have stellar customer support. For example, the refunds they give for wines you didn’t love, and helping delay an order because I would be traveling but it was a limited time offer of a specific wine. Responses are fast and personable. It’s why I’ve had an account for about a decade.

Naked wines have truly upgraded my wine experience. No more picking bottles by the pretty pictures, they curate every shipment with my taste in mind. If they don't get it perfect, it is easy to get credit. No more gambling on wine choice. I am proud and happy to be a Naked wine Angel!

Their website is easy to navigate and make a purchase, the support staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful, and the wine we've received has been great!

Naked helps small vintners grow and distribute more, and helps me to discover good new wines at a reasonable price. Good wine advice, always good service.

I have been a Naked Wines Angel for 6 years. The wines are excellent, service and delivery top notch. Top shelf wines from all over the wine world at middle shelf prices for Angels.

Anytime I need help with delivery of my wines on a certain day, they're available to help. Quick to recommend wine once they know the country of vintage I prefer. They're just there to help with anything you need.
