The quality really leaves a lot to be desired. The included straps don't allow the Itanium Shockproof iPhone Case to be secured properly—and that for 45 €. My requests to return the item have not been honored to this day. So, never again.
I have sent them countless emails about my case and it’s poor quality and they refuse to acknowledge me. They don’t appear to have instagram and have strange aliases on their website’s contact page.
Don’t order from this Chinese website.
The case is bulky and ugly not streamlined as they appear online. They ship from overseas so if you don’t like it it’s gonna cost almost as much as the case to send it back. I’m sick of these over seas companies pretending to be American companies. Save your money and buy elsewhere.
I probably should have checked this out BEFORE buying🤷🏻♂️going an one full month and not a friggin peep🤔
I'll give it another couple of days and then request refund via credit card co. Tick, tick, tick... where is my god damn order🖕
I ordered a case and found out it was shipped from china. I wanted to return and refund the item and had to send it to the office in spain. I payed the shipping on my own and the tracking is saying it is at the dhl office since the 13th october where nobody is picking it up. After sending 2 e-mails nobody is responding. Dont buy anything there!!!
They use instagram along with other links to sell phone cases with a shipping estimate of 3-5 days, unfortunately as they ship from china, in my case i found this to be untrue, still waiting after 14 days and counting
