I book a course with this company,I paid everything in full,but when the day to start the course come,I caught a nasty tummy bug,a virus and I could'n make it to the first day felling very bad. I call them and I found that i'm not eligible to change the date of the course or for any refund. I told them that I will do my best to go to the course next day ,but they told me that even if I go next day,at the end of the course I won't be able to get my certificate ,reason being that i lost a day,and be careful,their policy is that even you WILL BE LATE 5 MINUTE(if your train is late,or your caught in traffic) you won't be able to get on the classes,so you lose a day,this means YOU LOSE YOUR FULL AMOUNT WHAT YOU PAYd,AND YOU WON'T GET YOUR CERTIFICATE AT THE END of the course.So they took my money what I struggle to save.They rip you off and you don't even see the Term and Condition on their site ,the term and condition are hide and you received them when you book your course and send them your details( If you click the button SEND with your details give them all the rights,you have no Benefit with this company)they don't have any button when you can click I accept the Terms and condition, you accept them automatically when you send them your details. SO BETTER READ EVERY LITTLE THING ON THEIR BOOKING PAGE BEFORE DOING ANYTHING,YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF FOR NOTHING,WITH NO RIGHTS FOR YOU,JUST FOR THEM!!!!
