Orders are often incomplete or incorrect. Items often missing. Styles and materials are cheap and repeated. Jewelry breaks after one or two uses and is not refundable

Happy to be receiving shipments again

After taking a break from the monthly deliveries I restarted this month. I was happily surprised with the restart. The smaller shipment is easier to manage for those items I did not keep. The items I kept were spot on and I've already worn one of the tops twice. THANK YOU.

I'm not impressed with the last few packages. I would like to see a option to pick a few items that are coming and leave the rest a surprise.i would also like to see the packages actually contain items I'm m0re likely to keep. For example I don't keep any jewelry so why send me it.

Nothing went wrong

Nothing went wrong. The customer service is great. I love getting the pink bag, but I find it hard to find something to keep in each pink bag. I have been asking for a very long time what my GOLD status means, and no one can give me an answer. I’m ready to quit.

Member for over a year

I have been doing your subscription for over a year. Maybe even longer. I definitely have seen a change in that I feel like people are reading my request more than before. Maybe it's just a computer algorithm that is working.
