Nacrystal Recensioni

Bracelets were beautiful. They came in individually packaged, highly recommend.

Everything that I ordered was exactly as shown on your website. Very pleased with the items I purchased.

I have always been pleased with the products I get at NACrystal. The orders have been accurate and the produce have been exactly what I expect. I'll definitely keep using them in the future.

Got the expected items at a good price and in a timely manner

Everything was great. Product wise only reason I gave it a four shipping took awhile. But everything else could not been better

Great selection, fair prices, and fast shipping. I’m happy with my order.

The service was very helpful. The bracelets were nicely packaged and very good quality.💖

Great materials, good service. Delivery took long because of the holidays?

The item was delivered fast very nicely presented I have had a lot of comments so very pleased with mu purchase

Package wasn’t delivered to the correct address and NaCrystal customer support helped in getting my package to me. Great customer service and prompt service!

The quality is great.

The anxiety bracelets that I ordered are beautiful. My only concern is how long it took to get them delivered. I’ll have to order farther ahead than I like.

I am very disappointed in my first order with Nacrystal. Although the website looks very professional and I did receive my items, the quality is not what is described online. The "crystal" evergreen/Christmas trees are not made with real crystals or stones. It is a plastic tree. The same goes for the worry stones and the labradorite stones. They are knock offs made with some other material than actual genuine stones or crystals. I bought multiple items to sell in a small retail space and will not resell as crystals. One or two of the rings bought were ok, but the rest are not as they are described or shown on the website. Scam and false advertising. UPDATE: Although the seller has clarified the tree products, the rest of the stones I received such as the worry stones and other crystals bought were not real and are not listed as resin in the description. I did not choose to ask for a refund for these items. The items I requested a refund for were cheaply made and less quality than the fake stones! I stand by my original review that these stones and crystals are being sold as real and they are not. The seller did provide a refund quickly for the items I requested.

Got these acrylic charms for my business, and they're a hit! Shipping was much quicker than I expected. My customers are loving them.

I am not one to just go to a website and purchase. However, when I saw NaCrystal, the site interested me with the product selection. My order was great, with one exception and they took care of that immediately without any hassle. They now have a customer for as long as I am in the business. My customers like their products as well. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. I don't put my stamp of approval on just any website. I think you will be happy with your purchases and their customer service.
