Great staff who are courteous and understanding of whatever financial woes you might have! The lending interest rate was far below reasonable levels for a company dealing with clients with, "not so good credit." Thanks wage pay! You helped me out when I was in a real bad spot!

Don't stress! all customer's limits get reviewed each drawdown period. The better your bankscore, the better limit you have to borrow.
Avoid at all costs
Sent an email advising them that I was suffering financial hardship and wanted to know to organise to pay my advance off as I'm suffering financial hardships. At first they responded with very generic responses telling me about split payments or skipping a payment it took a third email to them before I received a form to fill out. They agreed to me paying them off at $100 per fortnight and then took $200 from my account instead. I sent an email asking why they had charged me double and also requested a refund of the extra $100 they took from me and was given an excuse putting the blame back to me. I have sent them several emails and screenshots from the original agreement they have sent me despite this they are still blaming me, won't refund the money at all. Avoid at all costs

It appears there has been some misunderstanding regarding the instructions in our hardship form, specifically in Question 3. The form clearly states that if you have multiple advances, you must indicate the amount per advance. If a total amount is provided instead, this total will, by default, be applied to each individual advance. As you specified a single total amount without detailing per advance, we processed it accordingly.
While we understand your frustration, we kindly ask for clarity and accuracy in these matters. Misrepresenting the situation in any review does not reflect the actual account details. We are fully open to adjusting your plan as soon as you resubmit the form with the correct information.
We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the process is fair and transparent for all parties involved.

Beware if you are an RBC client
They insist on taking money out the night before I get paid. With RBC they don’t give you until the end of business day to put money in before they bounce a payment. I’m now $90 out on two NSF fees. This company is called WAGE PAY They’re supposed to wait until your WAGES GET PAID which isn’t until the morning of payday. It’s literally in the name of the company WAGE PAY. Obviously people who are already struggling are using this service and this company has just made it worse.
