Had the full Dexa scan, Owen was very knowledgable. Good detailed information to help one attain health and fitness targets.

Owen was very professional and helpful. Found the metric insights extremely useful and we can see a huge improvement in muscle mass for my husband based on Owen's advice using the results of the Dexa and full body scan. I learned my ideal caloric intake for my weight goals and will be putting it to practice! Very pleased and look forward to going again in a few months.

I had the full package - 3D map, DEXA, RMR and VO2. The results were very useful and gave me insight I could not otherwise have got into how my metabolism is currently working and how to lose fat while preserving muscle.

Five star service and usefulness. Owen at My Vital Metrics is incredibly helpful and kind, the process was really comfortable and well-explained. Owen really put me at ease (I was a little nervous beforehand in case my results told me something I didn't want them to!) This is possibly the most helpful set of tests I've had for my physical health, and I can't recommend the place or the services enough.

Fantastic service. Really easy to book online. Everything I needed to do for my RMR test and 3d body scan was explained once I got to the appointment, and I found it very straightforward. I think I was there for about half an hour- maybe a bit longer. It was all very smooth and not rushed. I was given print-outs of my RMR test results and received an email with digital copies very shortly after the appointment. The process to download the app to view the 3d body scan was very easy, and the app itself is easy to use.

I felt like I was receiving sound advice. I have polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS), and Owen actually knew what it was is how it can affect metabolism- a lot of health professionals I speak with don't understand that PCOS is a metabolic and endocrine disorder. Owen was able to answer all my questions about my RMR and the suggested calorie targets.

I don't feel like I'm in the best shape at the moment and my exercise regime certainly leaves a lot to be desired- but I didn't feel judged or uncomfortable when discussing my activity levels etc.

I bought a one-off test so that I could see what the service was like, and there was no pressure to re-book- but I am sure I will be going back.

Didn’t think I would understand but everything was explained clearly to me, would recommend if your interested in how your put together.
