I didn’t waste any time filling out unnecessary forms when I checked in. Before my test, I felt prepared. Alesia was very good at explaining what was involved in my VO2 max test and during the test her prompts were helpful. When I was done, she went through my results thoroughly and answered any questions I had. I was happy with my diagnostics and felt it was worth the cost. I’ll definitely use their services again.

My first visit to My Vital Metrics in London, and I didn't know what to expect but overall it was a good experience. I was seen by Alicia, who was excellent at putting me at ease, guiding me with the various tests and most importantly explaining the test results. I hope to make this a twice yearly visit, as I was impressed with the method of testing plus test results.
