After nine months of waiting for a return label still nothing. I sent an email daily still nothing. This is horrible customer service. This is a horrible company. Anybody want to buy a broken unit

Overpriced and useless. If you still wanna try it after reading so many negative reviews about it, you can find this item way way cheaper on Amazon.ca just for 24.90 cad. I paid 125 cad. Stupidity fee was included.

This company needs a zero star rating and also a warning to would be buyers. Bought unit on January 8th. It came with no instructions! I couldn't seem to get it working, I started emailing customer service before end of January for help. By February 3rd I asked for a refund. There were 17 more email correspondences documenting my insistence that unit was broken, pictures of original boxes as requested. Basically complying with every extensive demand for a return. I asked repeatedly for an RMA and return instructions. By end of February I took the case to my credit card company and My vitality Store put the case forth that I had never contacted them! What total scumbags!

Actually- ZERO!! Complete scam! After having paid almost $100 for this product, that NEVER WORKED AT ALL, 4 months later, and multiple videos and pictures requested by them, following up with multiple emails, they don’t even bother to respond any more!! Please dont waste your money. I should have read reviews online first. So many folks have been taken by this scam!!

Zero stars, not even worth one. Completely ignored my refund request. I ordered on 11/13/25, received the item 11/25/25. I tried it and all I felt was just electric shocks and it heated up way too fast. It burned the skin on the back of my neck. I contacted them on 12/4 to request a refund as this was not what I expected. I was well within my 90 return window. I received nothing. No acknowledgment, no auto responder, nothing. I waited a few weeks and contacted them a second time and again no response. I wish I had seen these reviews before wasting my money. Now all I’m getting from them is spam trying to get me to buy another one. The only reason I didn’t block them is they could use that as an excuse as to why I didn’t get their “customer service” responses. Do NOT give these con artists your money

I'm writing to you because this device has been invaluable to me. I do paintless dent repair and 4 days ago I was working on a very large dent on the bedside of a pick up truck. While pulling with all my strength the tool I was using came loose and I launched backwards, tripping over my stool and landing hard, on the cement floor. My lower back hit the floor, but the back of my neck hit the smooth edge of the bottom shelf on my tool cart with tremendous force. I was momentary unable to move at all. When I tried to get up my neck was locked up and when I tried to move I screamed in pain. I thought I had broken my neck. After several minutes I was able to stand up with assistance from my customer. But I still couldn't move my head without excruciating pain. The muscles were in shock, for want of a better word. I had X-rays taken and nothing was broken. I contribute that to the C-4-5&6 fusion with a titanium plate surgery I had done in 2013. But the muscles were horribly smashed and sprained and I had to use the neck brace you sent me to avoid excruciating pain. I immediately started treatment using ice packs. While that helped, I think what REALLY helped me was the Vitality 2.0. The stimulator therapy provided incredible relief and over the last 3 days I have seen great improvement in both pain reduction and range of motion. I know without a doubt, that I would not have the mobility and relief I have now without your device. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for designing and building something that can help so many people with debilitating pain. I've told numerous people about it and I hope they take the chance and try it for themselves. Even my doctor said he will be ordering one.

The muscles in my neck get extremely tight from stress and poor posture. The kneading mode is my favorite. It feels like the muscles are finally releasing instead of staying all the name.

First I received the MagicPro 2.0 with no instruction manual. I contacted Vitality customer support who returned an electronic copy with advise on which modes and what intensity. My experience went downhill from there. I followed their advise got no improvement and requested their money back guarantee. I should've known with their response this company's product is a scam as well as the company. They offered me to keep the product that doesn't work for me however I had to make a 20-30 second video saying how wonderful their product is. I told them that in my experience I had nothing positive to say about their product. Then they offered 50% refund and keep the product. I refused that offer. I was advised that they refund would go to to payment used for the purchase. I explained that it was a visa gift card that once the fund are spent you can't apply more funds. Their response was sorry we can't refund your money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEIR PRODUCTS.

I purchased the Vitality Magic Pro on the 26th of February and whilst they have taken the payment there is no tracking or shipping details ever provided. I have instituted a Charge back to them on my Visa Card

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. After only three months of owning the device, it broke and the company refused to help resolve the issue. I followed up with their support team four separate times and was eventually completely ignored.

For a product that costs this much, I expected much better support. Instead, I was left with a broken device and no solution.

I would strongly recommend not purchasing this product. A family member of ours also purchased from this company and experienced a very similar issue that was never resolved.

After receiving the Magic Pro device I requested to return it, unopened. They advertise a 90 day full refund, but refused to honor it! 25 emails, a dispute filed with PayPal, which they denied, I can only get 45% of my $145. Order. Granted they offer i keep the device, but I don't want it.
Buyers beware, this company is dishonest.
Plus, now that I am a disgruntled owner of this device I opened it and tried to use it, that's a joke. If you can understand the voice commands and actually get it to work, good on you.
This only makes me even more angry about this purchase.

I bought the neck massager a couple of months ago and it has really helped with my vertigo. If I don’t use it, I feel it again so this prevents me having to take tablets all the time. It’s an excellent device.

Like many other reviewers, I am trying to return the MagicPro 2.0, as I find it uncomfortable to use, all within weeks of receiving it. After only 3 email responses from their Customer Service, it is quite obvious getting a refund will be extremely difficult so the 90-day trial is totally false. So far I have been offered only a 10% refund or a red light product exchange, neither of which is acceptable to me. However, their latest email equates to extortion, as I can have a full refund once I send a positive video review outlining the benefits of using their product, after which my refund will be processed. I declined. Bottom line is false advertising, unethical business practices and stalling techniques. I will now have to dispute the charge through my credit card company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. A VERY UNETHICAL BUSINESS.

We purchased the Magic 2.0 on December 27th 2025 and asked for a Full Refund 17 days later on the 13th of Jan 2026. Well within the 90-day return period your company claims to have. It’s now the 8th of February and your company still can’t deliver a simple return label. The outstanding lack of customer service support and inability to produce a simple return label in a timely manner is more than enough reason to AVOID this company completely. It’s also a precursor that their products aren’t worth the money. SEND THE RETURN LABEL AND REFUND THE MONEY.

I have been trying to get a return label to get a refund for my product nearly 2 months. The company uses tactics to avoid sending this, absolute lies and dishonost company. Reviews all over the internet of the exact same situation of being sent the same emails promising the return label and never sending it! This whole experience has been a nightmare. It took forever for the product to arrive and then the product was defective. I have been in contact with Vitality since December 8th. First it was some bot named Jay and then Vitality Team. Each time I have asked for a return label they just keep putting me off saying they are working on it. I think 6 weeks is plenty of time to get a return label. They did offer to give it to me free if I did a positive video review for them. I declined as I haven’t even been able to use the device. That is just dishonest. Then they offered me 30% back and I could keep the device. They are going to give me $20 back for keeping a defective device! That’s ridiculous! I hope they step up to the plate, show a little integrity and honor their return policy. I’m not holding my breath for that to happen. My recommendation is to not purchase anything from this company.

As soon as I used it, I had no fainting spells nor vertigo, no more nausea and no more hypertension, it is stable no anxiety and weakness either...all these symptoms went away..I am strong again and I use it every day. It saved my life and also I sleep better and have no brain fog which I had sometimes. God bless you..
