I purchased this item for $27.95 paid through PayPal. When I got the email receipt the bill was $107.00 and I was automatically signed up for auto shipments. I didn’t sign up for any of this! I immediately filed a complaint with PayPal and they were able to cancel the purchase. This company is a scammer. Beware

Ich habe bei PayPal einen Konflikt mit dieser Firma gemeldet und nun nach 3 1/2 Monaten durch PayPal-Aktivität die Rückzahlung für nicht gelieferte Ware erhalten.

I bought brace for $49.95, +postage FOR $5.85 and was offered a free gift. I was then charged for the free gift $14.95 - I queried this and managed to stop my PayPal payment, but have not heard anything since from this company. No brace has arrived, no correspondence - I think this is a scam!

Die Firma truefit sendet meine am 11.3.24 bestellte Ware (Socken) trotz Erinnerung am 19.3. bis heute, den 27.3.24, nicht.
Geld wurde schon sehr flott am 11. 3. abgebucht. Unredlich finde ich: sie kassieren aber können nicht liefern
- TRUE im Namen der Firma erscheint mir somit als Hohn -
ich werde dort sicher nie mehr etwas bestellen.

...Ja, zu meiner Überraschung kamen die Socken doch am 28.3.in einer Postfiliale an. Ich musste noch Zoll nachbezahlen und eine Bearbeitungsgebüht. Teure Socken! - da bestelle ich nie mehr, zuviel Ärger und lange Wartezeit. Ausserdem duzen sie einen ungebeten in E-Mails. Das mag ich nicht

Completed a voluntary "survey" for them - FREE gift offered
Next thing, yes, FREE gift, but slapped a $14.75AUD "shipping and handling" charge.
Not only that scam, but unbeknownst to me, there was a monthly recurring charge put on it, too. Luckily I found out!!!
What a job to undo their thievery!!!

Couldn’t write a review without star but would give a -5 if allowed. It’s made in China and might fit if you are a small stature but I couldn’t get it on. DONT BUY is all I can say it’s money down the drain

Der Posture Corrector lässt sich ohne fremde Hilfe nicht befestigen (soll auf dem Rücken lt. Abbildung verknotet werden) oder es fehlt ein Befestigungsteil. außerdem zu späte Lieferung. Zollgebühren werden zusätzlich zum Porto erhoben, sind aber bei der Bestellung nicht aufgeführt.
Ich möchte den Corrector zurückschicken, müßte das aber auf eigene Kosten tun. Ein Artikel für den Müll! Unseriöses Geschäftsgebaren und schlechte Konfliktlösung! Auf mein Geld warte ich immer noch.

Absoluter Reinfall, zu viel wurde berechnet auf Kreditkarte, Packet nie erhalten. Achtung, nicht bestellen!

In januari besteld, zit nu dus al 3 maanden te wachten. Volgens de tracking was het in België in maart en dan vertrokken naar Duitsland. Heb al 3 mails verstuurd...
Na de laatste geen reactie. Ook geen geld terug gekregen. Neen ik ben zeer teleurgesteld.

So annoyed with myself! While ordering the posture corrector on 11/01/2022 the site added another item that I would not have ordered, plus postage. I’ve received both items - they’re of very poor quality. On checking my credit card statement, I’ve been charged twice. Does anyone have a UK telephone number for this company please as I can not find one.

Arnaque ! article livré par LA POSTE en France et qui me réclame 9 € de frais de douane, donc j'ai refusé de payer cette taxe. Ce colis devait être livré par UPS sans frais. Remboursement impossible avec LA POSTE !

Diverse mails gestuurd over waar mijn zending blijft, vandaag een bericht gekregen van post.nl of ik maar even 5,97 euro wil betalen. Wordt nergens voor gewaarschuwd in advertenties dus mensen let op, bij die 30,96 ( zogenaamd een korting van 50 % ..... ) komt dus nog eens 5,97 euro .

I waited 10 days for my posture corrector, sent an email to truefit and recieved it after a further 10 day. It's flimsy and I have to faff around with the straps each time i put it on.
Poor value for the £26 I spent on goods plus postage

My wife bought this poor quality item and immediately returned it signed for. It was recived two days after posting. Even though we have proof of it being recieved they keep saying (a month later) it hasn't been recieved at the warehouse. Avoid at all costs!
