You'll find everything and anything from Power Drills to Cleaning Consumables, but every order is important to us, and no matter how big or small, we offer a service that is second to none. Excellent rolling toolshed

Ordered rolling toolshed for husbands birthday - he chose it and he was thrilled with it - all tools sorted and in accessble places now. Useful that you can take it apart and take separate sections to jobs.

Good price, slow delivery

Ordered a Bosch cordless Hedge Trimmer (on 7 day delivery) on Saturday 22 March. On the following Friday, we were given a revised delivery estimate of 7 May. We could have cancelled the order but the price was good and other online sellers had the item out of stock or for a much higher price so we waited and it eventually got delivered on Wednesday 9 April.

Good strimmer but poor instructions

The strimmer was delivered on time and adequately packaged. All the items needed to use it were there and after charging the battery it worked a treat. The only negative is that the instructions regarding automatic line feed are poor, and this is important. Does the line feed automatically or not ? How does it feed, when does it feed, do I need to do anything to make it feed ?

5 Star customer service

DHL had allegedly been refused when my delivery was attempted. This complete fabrication was reported to My Tool Shed, their representative, nor only chased DHL, but emailed with updates until, and even after, my goods were delivered. This company takes time to care about good service, and it works. Impressed me!

I was bought an item for personal but…

I was bought an item for personal but my address was big yellow so it's diducted 25% of my original purchase amount also i have to paid £20 posting charge for it's returned, even it was shipping issue from them, wrong item received, do not buy from them, customer service not good,
