Stanley v20 soldering iron
The item was at a good and fair price. Dispatch and delivery where rapid. I ordered Saturday afternoon and the parcel was delivered in 24 hours. The soldering iron was great quality and will come in handy as it's so versatile with no electric cords and a adjustable temperature.👌👏👏🤞

Excellent quality hickory handles and brilliant service.
I needed new handles for a lump hammer, an axe and a hatchett. Mytoolshed had them all in Hickory, my preferred choice. Excellent quality and speedy delivery. Easy company to work with. One tip. Please make available those little metal expanding wedges that fit into the head of the handle. Fortunately I have some in stock but I need to replenish them.

Top Tool and Equipment Supplier
One of my preferred sources of tools and equipment, which I've given 5 star reviews here before. Order tracking is fantastic with emails covering every step up to delivery and the prices are very competitive. This time, I ordered safety trainers and they are everything I expected on arrival. I have safety boots but I needed something lighter for tasks that need nimbler footwear eg ladder work and ordered Portwest Steelite Lusum S1P HRO Safety Trainers and they are very comfortable and offer good protection (Portwest are one of my preferred safety work wear brands).

I received my item and was extremely dissatisfied.
The item did not appear to be brand new and had a disfiguring mark on the front of it . There were no instructions and I would never have bought this item in the flesh. I contacted customer support for help enclosing photos but was told that the item was brand new and factory marks could occur . This was definitely a gouge where it looked like a battery had been forced into it.

Decent quality let down by customer service
Ordered a Facom impact driver. It arrived in reasonable time. It is exactly what I wanted and very good quality. However the item arrived its metal box quite badly damaged (it wasn’t well-packaged and had obviously been bashed on its journey). My email complaint was acknowledged but not followed up, so two points deducted for poor service.
