My experience was great using thsi service to book a ticket to India. My travel agent Ritu was excellent and she looked for the best deal for me and went beyond than what I expected. She searched for the shortest connection time and with 2 checked in bags without paying more and got a better deal for me. I really appreciate and will be calling her for future travels too.
