Absolutely appalling. Bought tickets to see Graham Nash in April 2025. Every time I access their site to download my tickets I keep getting the same message’ PLEASE COME BACK LATER. Your ticket(s) will be available to download at a later date nearer the event date.’ It’s now only a few days to go and still no tickets. Truly abysmal performance. I will never use them again.

My ticket.co.uk censor music. I will not have anything to do with these far right, extremist racists.

I have emailed multiple times for assistance with no response. However i received a "how did we do" email today to review this? Bit of a joke really

Bounced around until no response to a complaint. Completely unhelpful

Brilliantly easy from start to finish. Customer service was on the ball and answered an email within an hour and sorted out the query there and then. Couldn’t fault them.. well done MyTicket

Totally useless organisation, 6 emails without response, no tickets forthcoming for a show on 20/04/25 that were booked in late 2023. They took the money straight away and deliver nothing, so unprofessional and not contactable. Be very wary of using these guys

Took almost 4 weeks to respond to my email their preferred method of contact and that’s didn’t answer my query. Total waste of time. Not accessible friendly at all.

I have message now 6 times still not received my tickets (e tickets) for War Of the Worlds on the 16/4/25.

Now you’re asking me to review your service on trust pilot. I would not give you a single star. The last 3 emails sent have not been answered. Appalling service.

I found the lowest price comparing with others, as well as Quick reply and assistance to get the booking information by Sofiia Melnyk
Just it will be better if all details mentioned in the ticket like terminal number and hall number to guide the passengers

I have not gotten my tickets!!!! 14th May is now and event will be on 25 April 2025 but iam still without my tickets!!!!
Some one replied me but hasn’t sent me tickets. Iam very unhappy. They are very no professional staff.

Reached out due to mislaying my reference number and confirmation email (deleted by mistake) however came back to me really quickly and resolved issue (panick over)

My experience was great! They solved my problem soo quickly! I had lost my ticket snd in a matter of 2 days my issue was solved. I also enjoyed having a confirmation email to let me know my issue was being looked into!

Great customer service when I contacted them regarding an error I made with my contact details when booking on the website. The issue was resolved quickly and my error was corrected.

Email received confirming all actions

I had lost all my emails, which meant that I had lost some concert tickets. I had booked them more than a year ago and couldn’t find the entry on my bank account. I sent a contact form and they were able to locate my booking and they resent my tickets. All done and dusted within one day. Fantastic service. Thank you.

The customer service agent was very friendly. They also gave very quick responses to my questions, so I’m happy with the service I received! :)

I contacted my ticket customer service, as I accidentally deleted my booking confirmation email for a future concert.
Obviously I was really concerned, but the customer care department looked into this immediately and sent out another confirmation email.
First class service and many thanks for your quick and efficient service.
