We used Tax hack for about 18 months. The first few months were ok but after that they continued to fall short on deadlines. There were about 3 or 4 different people that handled my account and they did not communicate between each other and I never new who I was supposed to communicate with myself. Now after learning to do my books I see what a mess they are. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

My company used Taxhack (AKA Centurion) for 1 year and it was a horrible experience. They are unorganized and have very poor follow up. It wasn't uncommon for me to follow up 3-4 times over 3-4 weeks to get an answer. They made mistakes filling my taxes and caused a mess I'm still cleaning up today. When i cancelled my service with TaxHack, they asked me to sign a 7 page document which included a clause saying I couldn't leave a negative review. I refused to sign the document. Run the other way and avoid this company.

Tax Hack has been great to our business in regards to giving us confidence, direction and guidance in what to prioritize in our financial admin and management.

I've used this firm for years to do my taxes. I know their management now pretty well as they've been so personal and made sure I receive advice I need and am not even thinking about.

I run multiple businesses and personal/family returns through them and they keep it all sorted for what I consider quite reasonable prices.

Beware of this scam of a company. They promise professional tax advice however they deliver nothing and do not take any responsibility for their poor service.
