Excellent,responsive seller and a really lovely shop to visit in person - new premises and well worth a visit (but if you can't get there, ordering on-line is quick and easy - recommended!)

Beautiful jacket in green
Beautiful jacket ordered on line - I went in to collect it and came out with a pair of gorgeous boots and a top! The jacket I ordered on line is so comfy and soft - it's gorgeous!

Online order and collection
Online order and collection was quick and easy. Staff in the shop were lovely and really engaged with my two children making them feel welcome too. Shop staff gave ideas on how to style the dress I bought which was appreciated.

Great boutique, with good advice
Amanda is always really welcoming, she encourages my to try things I wouldn’t normally pick up which I end up loving!
If something doesn’t suit me though she’ll tell me so I’ve never bought anything that I’ve later regretted. I always get compliments when I’m wearing my Luan Matthews purchases too, I look forward to my visits, just wish I lived a bit closer and could call more often.
