I bought a Super Giant box for £59.99. I got 1 fitness, watch. a cleaning cloth and some airbuds - all unbranded. The watch does not work, the cloth is a cloth and the buds are cheap and very poor sound. They are not worth what I paid and I would never buy again or recommend anyone to try their luck

Es wird suggeriert, dass es sich hierbei um Amazonpäckchen handelt, was es nicht ist. Die vermeintlichen geschwärzte Etikette sind alle nur aufgedruckt. Da ist auch nur Schrott drin. Ich hatte eine duftkerze. Ich habe auch versucht bei der Hotline anzurufen aber nach 15 min ging niemand dran.

I ordered through TikTok on the 19th December 2025 and have not received my 2 packages, I have repeatedly tried to contact this company have not had a reply or refund.

Alles is al open gemaakt en met tape dicht geplakt dus ze weten heel goed wat er in zit.

I ordered a large mystery box for £65 in the advert it appears you receive a large box with numerous items. I received a small box with some headphones and a smart watch. Not sure what you get in a smaller box!!
Tried to get a refund they are not interested absolute rubbish!!!

Prettypackedbox.com was the absolute worst box I have ever received. I had bought so many boxes and this was by far the worst. I spent $119 on 6 pairs of leggings ( same exact ones) 3 boxes of pickle ball and tattoo stickers. This company sends the best to social media influencers to gain business then send the worst ones out. They took my money and it’s pitiful.

I order a super box and got a tiny box that had knock off ear buds, smart watch and cleaning cloth. Definitely not what I expected from a super box, thankfully I paid by PayPal and got an instant refund. I was so livid that this super box fitted in my letterbox with plenty of room, they should be disgusted with themselves

This company is a complete ripoff, had to give it one star because I couldn't give it none. Would advise to stay well clear as in my opinion it is false advertising

Placed order January 6th, 2025. Sent numerous emails to their Contact Us! Supposedly 48-hr response time, JOKE!!! Not one single response! It's now June 10th, 2025. Do the math!

Je moet vooraf veel geld betalen. Er staat erbij dat je producten (lees: meervoud), maar je krijgt 1 knullig apparaat die er zo goedkoop uit ziet.
20 euro betaald. Ik zou een doos met producten krijgen, meerdere electronische producten. Vergeet het maar!!!!

Ik heb 2 weken geleden een bestelling geplaats bij jullie maar ik heb totaal niet het juiste gekregen ik had erbij gezet dat ik een shirt wil uit de top 8 competities maar heb een shirt gekregen van een club uit de 3 de klasse van Italië en in mijn weten is de 3 de klasse geen top 8 competitie jammer dat ik niet heb gekregen wat ik wou.
(Ik ben een fan van dit concept maar als ik dan niet krijg wat ik wou ben ik wel teleurgesteld erin).
Het probleem is dat ik zonder na te denken de doos en het aankoop bewijs heb weggooit niet slim natuurlijk dus waarschijnlijk ga ik geen compensatie meer krijgen hiervoor wat waarschijnlijk wel logisch is als je het bewijs weggooit dus dat is compleet mij eigen fout wat echt jammer is want nu ziet ik hier met een shirt van een 3 de klasse ploeg in Italië wel sneu want eigenlijk heb ik zelf door een fout van jullie en door mijn eigen fout geld weggooit ja ik kan moeilijk bewijzen dat ik het bij jullie heb gekocht natuurlijk dus dat is niet jullie probleem het enige wat ik kan laten zien is het shirt van de 3 de klasse ploeg maar daar zullen jullie helemaal niks aan hebben. (Hopelijk als ik de volgende keer een aankoop bij jullie doe dat jullie misschien rekening houden met wat ik vroeg zo kunnen we dit misverstand niet nog eens mee maken natuurlijk).

Pictures misleading. Gifts were rubbish a complete waste of money and postage. Don't be fooled by the picture.

My surprise box arrived late, the box measured 8" x 2" there were 20 items in the box all of which you would find inside the very cheepest Christmas crackers???
