An initial phone call from Tom to confirm he’ll be with us in 30 minutes, on time for our service visit, as always with MySpa.
Tom was courteous, friendly and very efficient. Made a thorough check and clean of the hot tub, picked up and rectified a minor issue with one of the controls.
Very impressed.

MySpa are a highly professional outfit from selection and ordering of our new hot tub to the installation.
Excellent communication from start to finish.

Mark came today to open up our swimming pool, after the warm winter and all the rain it was green and looking awful. By the time he left it had been transformed and was looking a whole lot better and will only take a few more days and keeping on top of the chemicals and back washes to get it back into tip top condition.
Mark was professional and advising all the way through.
Having used MySpa for 10 years now would recommend them for pool and hot tub servicing and sales.

Have always had superb customer service from everyone I’ve ever spoken to or come out to visit me from MySpa. All staff are super knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. We had Mike come to valet the hot tub today he was fantastic and did a great job and gave us some great advice about an appropriate temperature for the tub specifically because we have a toddler. I am actually in love with my new hot tub. Mike, Mikey and Alan were great and installation was straight forward. Would highly recommend Myspa to anyone who is exploring the minefield of the hot tub market.

Simon was an excellent person to deal with, explaining everything so well about the spa we were interested in buying. He was very friendly and knowledgable.
We were able to choose the date for delivery and installation. The team who brought our spa were all very pleasant and professional and after installation were very good at explaining everything we needed to do. We would highly recommend buying a spa from MySpaDerby.

My Spa have been great! They are interested in you as a person or family and what your needs are rather than up selling or sales numbers. They were so patient with us when choosing a hot tub and swim spa and encouraged us to even have a "wet test" which was so valuable as we changed our minds based on the wet test to which hot tub we went for.

Nothing is too much trouble for them and they have taken the time to help educate us into the hot tub and swim spa world. They have helped us with on going maintenance, chemicals, cleaning, parts etc etc the list goes on. Every time we have had a problem (usually from something we have done), they have been straight out and fixed it for us at a really reasonable cost.

They are all so friendly, I couldn't recommend them enough. They really have gone above and beyond.

Amazing customer experience from entering the showroom to installation. From a warm and friendly welcome from Simon in the Derby showroom, to Dave on the pre-installation check through to Mike, Mikey and Mark on the installation, everything was aimed at our wants and needs on every step. Communication was of the highest level, with email follow ups and pre-visit calls at every interaction and again always checking what we wanted. Some nice touches along the way with Simon getting in the tub when we had left to show the depth of a seat we were concerned with and sending us a photo, to the water care masterclass from Mike and Mikey. Would highly recommend MySpa

I've finally got around to having an air source heat pump fitted to my hot tub. Having had a hot tub for over 20 years, I have been dealing with the MySpa team for all this time. I'm on my second hot tub now, both bought from MySpa because they are friendly and helpful and a service I trust.

I have used Myspa since buying it from them 6 years ago. They service it twice a year and each time it's done efficiently and with care. They always turn up when agreed and the people who come out or you deal with in the shop are excellent. I would recommend them to anyone

I have used MySpa for the maintenance and servicing of my Sundance Spa since it was new a number of years ago. The service I have received has always been excellent. The Staff who visit are very efficient and do an excellent job. Communication prior to the visit has always been excellent thanks to Jenny. A few days go when I had a routine visit a replacement filter and headrests were needed. These were immediately available from Cathy who replaced them. They were provided at a very competitive rate. Invoicing is very easy.
I would definitely recommend this company.

Find all the team at My Spa very helpful and we have had a great level of service. Mike M has visited today and done a complete clean of our tub - hardly knew he was there and left everything very tidy.

I have an 8yr old hot tub and as you can imaginea few parts are starting to wear out and need replacing.
Mark have been attending to them. He’s amazing and so knowledgeable about what he does and very friendly. So happy with the service.

Catherine Wilmot has been twice to clean our hot tub and is a great asset to My Spa. Catherine always carries out a thorough clean of the hot tub and we are very happy with the service we receive.
