Excellent service. Sales team were extremely easy to reach and very helpful and informative. Delivery was super quick and product did everything the sales team promised me it would and was extremely easy to install.

I tried to make a purchase for Arlo Ultra 2 Security Camera Kit but both times the retailer cancelled the transaction.

They claimed my details had flagged up as fraudulent and when they tried to call me I didn’t answer due to disabilities so they just decided to cancel.

They asked me to pay with PayPal or Klarna because that is so much safer than me giving all the card details including the 3 digit security number. My bank approved the payment and still they cancelled the order TWICE!!!

Paypal have cost me thousands of pounds in losses because of frauds and PayPal protected the people who stole my money by fraud and this retailer claims PayPal is safe… I have never used Klarna so I don’t know much about them but if they don’t approve card payments then why do they have that as a payment option???

My details match my card but the only thing I used was “hide my email” to protect me from getting more spam mail or for people to steal my email address so they can commit fraud.

So if that was what they used to cancel my orders twice then this company is utterly ridiculous!! If they think they can decide what email address I want to use for registering with them then they must be dreaming!!!

They still have my £998 that I paid them (£499 per attempt) and the payment were registered on the 29.04.2024 the first time, the second payment wasn’t registered until 01.05.2024. The actual payments were done a few days earlier, so I assume these dates are when the retailer accepted the payments.

Why did they accept the payments instead of rejecting them since the payments were “pending”. That would have sent the money back much faster and I did tell them to reject both payments and their reply was that they would refund me as soon as they could. A later email confirmed they had issued refunds for both payments but still nothing has been received.

My trust for this company is below 0!!!!!

Very good customer service! I needed to speak to someone, the phone was answered by a human, which was nice. The guy who answered was extremely polite and helpfull. Item arrived bang on time, the driver even had a smile on his face! :) Will defo buy from them again 10/10

I ordered the blink 4 camera system from Amazon to recieve a box with baby milk in returned box to find price had gone up £50 which they said I had to pay so got a refund found my smart home shop which was £185 so saving me £50 thought to good to be truer but it wasn’t excellent service fast delivery will definitely order from you again MAHOOSIVE thank you my smart home shop
