Laura, the above rating is for you. After hearing from friends that are also clients of Chelsea Goin that you sent out an email to Chelsea’s clients (Chelsea helped me find the right policy for my needs in 2023 that I am pleased with and still have) throwing her under the bus, besmirching her reputation by spewing your untruths, and Chelsea not being given a platform to defend herself, I find your behavior malicious, dishonest, and EXTREMELY unprofessional. Of all the insurance agents I have dealt with, both in business and personally, Chelsea is the most professional, knowledgeable, and above all, the most honest insurance agent I have ever met. Her integrity is rare and is to be admired. She has only had my best interest as her client as her top concern. It is disgusting the way you have treated her. This email is not being written in an emotional state, but rather in a mature, calm one. As a result of your repulsive behavior, remove my contact information from your files.

Laura is a wealth of information! She is detail-oriented, professional and personable. She is able to break down all of the Medicare "craziness" into layman's terms. If you are pulling your hair out trying to decipher plans available in your area; doctors, hospitals and medication coverages, premiums, co-insurance, OOP please contact Laura. I highly recommend her. You will not be disappointed.

Laura is fantastic! Laura is very knowledgeable and professional about Medicare. I will not use anyone else and would/will highly recommend her to everyone I know. I had a million questions and Laura answered everyone of them and was very patient with me (took 2 months to make up my mind on plans) I asked her to please not call me all the time and push me and she did not, she let me call her.

This team have it down. They made a complicated, confusing and frustrating process and decision making very easy. They walk you through every detail, make comparisons and even register you into the plans. As most people, we always had insurance via our employer and never had to worry about the plans. Then retirement and you are left on your own to figure it out and sometimes it is very costly. I have been with these Medicare specialists for years & would recommend them highly. They have taken all the confusing guess work out of finding the right Medicare supplement insurance. I can call them anytime with concerns or questions & they have been there for me. I couldn't be happier. When it comes time for my husband to go on Medicare, I wouldn't trust anyone else.
