In an era where personal contact and connection is fading, it was a pleasure to deal with mySatNav.ie. They understand their products in depth, and were able to advise on the correct product for my use case in a very pleasant discussion. The ordering process was very smooth, and did indeed deliver the very next day, which was perfect. John and the team at my Sat nav responded quickly to my enquiries re delivery of an item- offering to replace or refund me if it didn’t arrive before Christmas. In the end they managed to get it to me in plenty of time. Delighted.
