Great service over the phone. Thanks to Steve Brookes we managed to get the boiler running again on the same day and we fixed the fault ourselves with him monitoring very step remotely.

The engineer knew the system I own and systematically worked his way through the cleaning process. No part was overlooked, and by thoroughly cleaning it ensured that the unit sparked into life first time having had a fault prior to his visit. Gary the engineer worked cleanly and efficiently and I have no problem recommending him to you. He is the only engineer I have encountered who has a large knowledge of biomass boilers.

We have just started using Myriad for servicing our incinerator. The fitter was very professional. Did an excellent job stripping the burners down, which are now running properly.
So far so good!

Myriad diagnosed a particularly well hidden problem that was causing issues with my heating system, and fixed it very effectively while making general improvements to make things easier in future. The particular engineer involved (Kieran) went above and beyond working out what was going on and did a really neat job for the fix. A truly excellent service.

Myriad have had a long text service contract for a biomass unit we are responsible for. Their work is without fault. We have recently committed to further issues years.

Great service from Myriad. They service and maintain multiple biomass boilers for us. Always really efficient, attend emergency call outs quickly and always keep us well informed. Service desk are especially helpful.

Myriad have serviced my 150kW biomass boiler for the whole 10 years since they installed it.
I am more than happy with the service and support I have received over this period. Myriad provide a flexible service which allows the customer to chose what level of assistence against a background of ones own maintenance input.
