MyRent is an amazing one stop shop platform for self managing landlords. I have found it to be so convenient for both myself as the landlord and tenants alike.

What a fantastic service. Intuitive, easy to use, no hassle. We found tennants within 1 week, along with several other inquiries. Brilliant service. We will be using again when we require tennants for our other properties.

We have used MyRent to do all of our documentation and collect rents for over 5 years. They are very much cheaper than a property manager, and frankly very much more efficient. The team at MyRent are a pleasure to deal with, their response time to queries is amazing. We do our own property inspections using the MyInspections app, at no extra cost. The app is so much easier to use than the traditional paper version i was using, and it copies and saves all your inspection details onto the MyRent web portal. You get reminders of when inspections are due, they send tenants reminders of rent payments and follow up if a payment is overdue. They do the advertising, credit checks and referee checks.

I can't recommend MyRent enough, after doing it ourselves for years, then using a property manager, MyRent is by far the cheapest and easiest method of managing your rentals.

its a good software to publish listing, finding tenants and preparing tenancy agreement, i work in software so very happy with this end product, very handy for landlords

We have used this service a few times in the past to advertise for tenants, and have found it really easy to navigate. It reaches the target audience also. Whenever I have needed assistance a simple email to the team gets a result quickly and efficiently. Once we have selected a prospective tenant, the credit check is easy and quick to get underway, and a result is relatively quick. This time I went a step further and prepped a Tenancy Agreement online through myrent, which was easy as the information transferred over from the tenants application details. Definitely will use again, and highly recommend.

The super-easy loading of information, sending listings to different websites all at once, and easy to use interface, all make this such an excellent platform if you're a landlord in New Zealand. Also it's cheaper than just TradeMe on it's own!

Easy to use and navigate, even for a new landlord. I don't use it to manage my property, but it was an efficient and affordable way to get it tenanted.

We’ve been with My Rent since 2018 and with 3 different properties between then and now. I don’t know why anyone would pay for a property manager to be honest because you can literally do everything yourself and save thousands of $$ over the lifetime of your ownership.
