Messaged Sam a few days ago and he sorted a damp survey for a really good price, sent the surveyor David Irlam out only a few days later.
He arrived early and gave me a call to let me know he was there when I'm ready
He was fantastic, explained what the issue was and assured me on a couple of other details I asked about.
Very reassuring, gave me peace of mind, really glad I reached out and got a professional opinion rather than trying to wing it 😂

We have used MPS for a few years now. We enjoy their ability to quickly procure surveyors that they have an established relationship with, this is invaluable!
It makes searching yellow pages a thing of the past and also gives confidence that you are dealing with truly accredited professionals!

As a first time buyer I was not sure…
As a first time buyer I was not sure how to go about getting a survey. After one conversation with Mypropertysurvey they put all the options, pros and cons, a decision was made and within a week or two I had the reports already!

Highly recommended
Absolutely brilliant, a professional and speedy service at a competitive price. The report, even though negative, was very thorough and highlighted a number of red flags which meant my daughter decided against buying the property. Sam was extremely helpful in his advice in a follow up phone call and no doubt saved my daughter thousands of pounds down the line. Will definitely use again.
