Notice is hereby given that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above-named Company is being convened by Peter Zbigniew Stepien, to be held on 22 August 2024 at 11:15, for the purpose provided for in section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and to consider a resolution specifying the terms on which the appointed Liquidator is to be remunerated.
Creditors entitled to attend and vote at the virtual meeting may do so personally or by proxy. A creditor can attend the virtual meeting in person and vote and is entitled to vote if they have delivered proof of their debt by no later than 4.00 p.m. on the business day before the meeting. Purchased a Aquascutum polo , delivered next day which is good however there's a hole in the Polo shirt by the chest & sleeve, emailed pilot customer care for an exchange a week ago no reply.
Emailed again still no response I'm outside 14 days now so I can't return the item but have spoken to my credit card company so they will charge back the payment. Shocking customer service it would of been so easy to just exchange it.

I took a car insurance through By Miles. They send me a tracker to plug into my Fiat 500. I checked there is nowhere to plug the tracker . I took it to a garage and a friend checked also . Wrong Size 10=44 But was sent 8.5 UK as a 44, Very Poor Service from My pilot
I have purchase an Versace Trainer from Mypilot in Leicester online. The Size I purchased was a Size 10 = 44. When I have received was a Size 8.5 = 44. This is clearly incorrect.
I inform mypilot and they said they cannot do anything or compensate me in any way. I just feel a shamed for the brand as there quality check as not checked as it should be. Also this reseller did not even check to make sure the right item is being sent to the customer is the size in the box and the trainers is the correct size or not. This is not only been a inconvenience also I just feel there is NO VALUE from this retailer for customer as well.
I recommend the retails to check and make sure when there are sending product to make sure before they sent to customer to check the size before product is sent out.
If this retailer don’t value there customer. Customer will them will not want to spend money with you if you don’t value there customers.

The Derwent Water Hotel Keswick.
We arrived and the room we were allocated was not up to our expectation.
I went to reception and spoke to a lovely man called Howard, he quickly resolved our issues.
All staff at the hotel are very polite, pleasant and cannot do enough to attend to you.
The food was excellent and the dining area quiet and peaceful.

On arrival at the queen's Hotel in Eastbourne we were sent to the wrong dining room by the manager only finding this out after queuing to get in,then we found the shower door would not close and the shower tray was filthy also a lot of dust on the bed headboard the waiting on staff got food orders wrong on several occasions. It's safe to say ourselves and other guests we spoke to will not be hurrying back this was a very recent break from the 30th July until the 6th of August 2023.

Ordered a pair of mallet trainers as a Christmas present. Delivery and such was fine I was a bit wary as not much about this brand online and the trainers were a good deal. But just my luck the trainers came used, clear mud on the bottom of them scratched metal bits and packaging had holes pretty obvious it’s someone else’s return. Disgusting I’m yet to see if I will get a refund for these, if I have to send them back that’s more money out of my pocket as they don’t cover returns and so close to Christmas it’s a joke. Ordered a pair of dsquared2 shorts and what I received was not a genuine item! Tag inside was attached by 1 thread loop very poorly attached so that was a big tell tale sign of a fake item. Also the price tag was as fake as they come! Completely wasted my time this company! They did offer free returns and refunded me very quickly but I think this was because I paid using PayPal so if your into fake items be sure to use PayPal just to guarantee you will receive your order because these kinds of people do not care about the customer the just want your money! The items are priced as they were genuine so I had no reason to doubt but how cheeky can you get to charge as though they are genuine items when infact they are fake!!!
