Great app to use, easy to navigate, the work outs are short which helps you get your work out in for the day on a tight schedule, William Miller is a great agent who helped me through the concerns I had with my subscription he has great customer support skills! Highly recommend this app.

You get a good sweat and motivates you to do more, I feel good when doing these exercises and gives you confidence as well

After about five weeks I realized checking the app becamepart of my routine. I don't even think about it anymore. It simply helps me stay organized.

I've personally emailed with Diane williams and she knows what she's talking about when it comes to fitness.her program is easy to follow with clear instructions..I had an issue & she helped resolve it in no time at all.. highly recommend working with her.

Somehow I got signed up and charged for this program. I didn’t realize that until the second charge came through and I wasn’t sure if I had been hacked.
I contacted customer support and they instantly responded and helped me to work out the charges. I was impressed with how quickly and competently customer service responded and resolved the issue.

I usually download apps like this and forget about them after a week. This one stayed. I like that I don't have to spend ages setting everything up. Thanks 🙂

I was experiencing considerable difficulty logging into my account via the Lasta App, as the Safari browser was consistently preventing access. This technical challenge was impeding my ability to utilize the application for my work-related tasks.

William demonstrated remarkable professionalism and dedication throughout the resolution process. He meticulously investigated the problem and diligently worked until the login functionality was fully restored and operating seamlessly. His persistent and gracious efforts were instrumental in achieving a successful outcome.

pretty good. few things can be beter but overall im happy.

Last year I stopped using similar apps because they became boring. Here I still enjoy cheking my progress. Maybe because everything feels less crowded. Support was friendly too.

Enjoy the quick exercises that I can get done before going to work. Also like that I can track my water and tank, steps, and add extra activities including household chores yard work makes you feel like you get credit for every activity that you do throughout the day. Instructions are provided visually and audibly which is nice. The only negative was the advertisement of a free printable chart look like it was one page with diagram and written instructions however I had to get assistance to obtain this printable chart which was given promptly however again it was not what it looked like in the advertisement so I would just recommend that information be tweaked per se because it is misleading otherwise everything has been great.

The fitness guide is great, and though I misunderstood billing at first, when I reached out response was immediate, and very helpful. Oscar Gibson is terrific - he assisted me without making me feel like a big goof / and the program itself is a challenge, but amazing.

Love it! Fast, effective, convenient!

Nothing fancy to say. Installed it, started using it, still using it. Thats enough for me.
