I’m really happy with My Personal Challenge. I find it a very convenient and effective way to exercise at home, especially for someone who prefers having a structured workout routine without needing to go to a gym.
For me, it feels a little like having a personal trainer at home. The workouts are well organized and make it easier to stay motivated and consistent.
Of course, I believe that the results depend on your own commitment and consistency. If you are patient, keep going, and make exercise part of your daily routine, this app can be a great tool to help you work towards your fitness goals.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the app and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient way to exercise at home.

Nobody is forcing me to do anything. The app just reminds me about the goals I already chose. Somehow better that works than I expected.

The worouts are easy to follow and I like most of the music. You can schedule 2 daily reminders. The pricing is a little tricky.
So, be careful when ordering. They gave me a full year subscription for FREE. Because of the confusion or mix up with the monthly fees.

Customer Service is Great!
Love this app so much! And I'm even more impressed by the customer service! I had a hiccup with the app not displaying correctly and the team was extremely responsive. Not only did they reply in a timely and frequent manner to check how it was working, but they even sent me a PDF so that I wouldn't miss a day. Thank you Lisa West and everyone behind the scenes for your outstanding customer service!!!
