Great customer service
Nicky Collins was very helpful when I accidentally added a charge to my initial purchase.
She agreed to refund my money. I’m always skeptical about buying things this way, but they turned out to be a legit company and the customer service is superb.

Slow changes

Better than expected
I wasn't completely sure before downloading. Everything turned out fine. The app works wel, nothing strange happened, and I don't think it's a scam based on my own experience.

So far the customer service has been amazing. I was actually sceptical at beginning thinking it was another scam site. But it’s real and the people I’ve interacted with are great so far. Especially Ester Larsen.

For me the best thing is that I don't feel pressure. I can miss a day and continue later without feeling guilty . That's rare with these kinds of apps.

My account was charged and I didn't sign up for a subscription. I declined the $59.17 charge from my bank as I (accurately) received a fraud notification and it has not been reversed yet.
