Customer Service is Great!
Love this app so much! And I'm even more impressed by the customer service! I had a hiccup with the app not displaying correctly and the team was extremely responsive. Not only did they reply in a timely and frequent manner to check how it was working, but they even sent me a PDF so that I wouldn't miss a day. Thank you Lisa West and everyone behind the scenes for your outstanding customer service!!!

Shocked and disgusted
I subscribed to the reduced fee for a trial period of 28 days. I cancelled on day 28 (28 July) and was still charged the increased fee for the next period. When I queried, after some back and forth, Mark from Support agreed to refund me 30% and assured me in bold in the email that my subscription is cancelled and I would not be charged again. I responded that I will accept the refund and have since heard nothing. Then on 1 August the full fee went off my card again!! I am based in South Africa so over 80 dollars is a huge amount of money. I sent a refund query re the app this morning and have once again heard nothing back. I am disgusted and disappointed at being ripped off like this and have now cancelled my card to prevent them taking more money off. I would appreciate a response and an immediate full refund!!

I originally signed up for the trial
I originally signed up for the trial, then totally forgot I had, apparently I has also signed up for an extra service. By the time I saw the charges on my credit card the trial was over and I had not even accessed it. I email and dealt with Lily Cole, she was very helpful and was able to reactivate my account so I could take advantage of the trial and made sure I was not charged for anything further
