Placed an order for Xmas - took the money from my account but never contacted me with an order number, never received the item- have made several attempts to contact them regarding with no reply .Avoid! Will be going to trading standards
Didn't even make a purchase or even seen this place before but they've some how took money out my bank.
Guys don't order from here, they are big time scamers.
Did not receive the product nor was my question answered whether it is on its way
I paid for 1-2 day delivery. My item was delivered 5 days later. I have contacted you for a refund and still have not received a reply. Very poor service.

You can check the details in tracking history. Royal Mail attempted a delivery but the address wasn't accessible, therefore the delay occurred.
