Awful experience I order a month ago…
Awful experience I order a over month ago and still haven’t received my package, and they don’t respond to emails, guys don’t buy from them they are so unprofessional, and they cheat, they will put on their website that products are available in stock, but as soon as u placed an order they will say it’s not available .
And I’m still waiting for my products, they don’t want to give me a refund even though I’ve asked for refund they don’t even respond to my emails

It looks like your review is meant for myperfumeshop.com.au, which is an entirely separate company. Would you please remove this review from my page and post it fairly against the correct business? Reviews like this can do real harm to small businesses that have nothing to do with your experience.

Disappointing.
Never wrote a bad review in my life but I've had a super disappointing experience shopping with this company. I made an order for a perfume based on what I read on their dispatch and shipping policies and heard nothing back whatsoever. Emailed the company to check when it would be delivered as I really needed this to gift to somebody the following week and I received a couple emails explaining that they'd had an 'influx of orders' and it will be dispatched soon, which I was fine with. Then a whole week later they've suddenly realised they have no stock and I won't be receiving anything and to keep an eye out for 'back in stock' notifications? My question is why falsely claim that you have something in stock when you don't? Mistakes are understandable but why are you not informing customers as soon as you realise you don't have stock and being transparent about the reasons for delay? Unfortunately they are too unreliable to use again plus they gave no guarantee they would honour the price I bought it at the first time.

MyPerfume.Shop is a UK-based independent business and I pride myself on clear communication, transparent stock levels, and personal support for every customer. I have checked all recent orders and can confirm we have not had any stock issues or sent any messages about an “influx of orders,” which is something I’ve noticed is mentioned by other users of the Australia-based “myperfumeshop.com.au.” That business is not connected to me in any way.

4 Year old perfume…
I’m quite disappointed with my experience. The perfume I ordered was listed as pre-order, which usually implies it should be a fresh batch. The store also advertises that all their perfumes are fresh and new, and claims that 87% of deliveries arrive earlier than expected, 10% arrive 3–4 days late, and only 3% experience extended delays.
Unfortunately, my experience didn’t reflect any of that. My order arrived a full week late, and when I checked the batch code, I discovered that the perfume was actually manufactured four years ago. That’s far from what I’d expect for a product sold as a pre-order.
In the end, the store’s promises felt misleading, and I won’t be purchasing from them again.
