I'm really sorry about the experience you had — this one's completely on me.
The listing originally showed the purple bag, but unfortunately Versace updated the contents of the gift set and sent us new stock without updating their imagery or letting us know. I’ve now fixed this on the site to avoid it happening again.
I’ve reached out to you directly via both WhatsApp and email to explain and to offer a choice: either keep the set with a partial refund as a sincere apology, or return it completely free of charge for a full refund — whichever works best for you.
