I can not recommend picture perfect…
I can not recommend picture perfect gallery highly enough . This is my fourth purchase. Russell always offers sounds advice and is helpful throughout . Keeping updated with order progress . Always well packaged and delighted with my new Doug hyde sculpture and painting .

Web site months out of date
Web site months out of date. Tried to buy a painting, just called to check the frame details but told painting 6 years old and out of stock. Bit of a waste of time, no money taken but poor trading standards

Thanks for your feedback, I assume this is 'Joe' as you had said your name on the phone call but it seems to be another person leaving the review now?
As per our chat earlier the limited edition print your enquired about we confirmed was 'available' with our supplier a couple of weeks ago and I remembered it was just 1 copy at the time.
You phoned us to check it was available before ordering and I recommended we phone and check the publisher if it was still in stock and you agreed, I also explained the need to so (rarity) - unfortunately it had since been sold.
I promptly phoned you and relayed the information to you and explained things again in a courteous manner.
Due to the nature of the product we sell, limited editions, they can and will sell out - we are as accurate and as transparent as possible, but these are not mass produced items and will sell out.
'but told painting 6 years old and out of stock' - I think you misunderstood, the painting was released 6 years ago and therefore is will be rare and will be very low availability whatever the case.
We have the highest trading standards in the industry If you read our 'Terms & Conditions' page and specifically 'Purchase, Availability & Pricing' we are very transparent.
Once again thank you for your feedback, I was very happy to take any feedback you had on the phone at the time but you choose not to exit the call very quickly.
I apologize if you are angry and I hope you feel better soon.

Second time I’ve purchased pictures…
Second time I’ve purchased pictures from Picture Perfect and like last time, I was really pleased with them.
Payment is easy, Russell always follows up with personal email and receipt so peace of mind it’s all ok. Also, further updates were sent so I knew what day to expect my delivery- great service!
I’d recommend and will purchase from them again 😁

You are always cautious about buying for the 1st time with company online, but after a couple of emails and phone calls with Russell, the whole experience was great.The 2 Doug Hydes (summertime + sun sea and sunglasses 1) arrived earlier than expected and extremely well packaged. Have already recommended to family and friends.

Fantastic service - thoroughly recommend this gallery
I purchased a fantastic new release from this gallery and at the same time they managed to source a beautiful picture which I had been looking for for ages. I was amazed they were able to find it. The price was great and they communicated in a timely manner throughout. I was very impressed with the service and have recommended them to several friends. I would absolutely recommend this gallery.

Fantastic service from Picture Perfect Gallery
Russ, thank you so much for guiding me through the finance process to be able to buy Doug Hyde’s “Spread Your Wings” picture. Very simple process and I am now a proud owner of a limited edition piece of art.
Framed within two weeks to an extremely high standard.
Russ has been really friendly and answered any questions that I had, as this was the first time I had used the finance option to purchase a work of art.

What can I say about Russell at Picture Perfect Gallery that already hasn't been said - and I thought it was only me that got the special treatment!! He epitomises outstanding customer service and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His knowledge, attention to detail and communication were exceptional. I ordered Doug Hyde's Making Memories which has huge personal significance for me and I couldn't have placed it in better hands. Once again Russell, thank you.

Responsive customer service & easy to use website
An internet search for some Mackenzie Thorpe limited edition prints led me to Picture Perfect Gallery. I purchased some unframed artwork from them at very reasonable prices and emailed after to enquire about framing upgrades.
Russell called me back and advised of framing options and prices and was most courteous, even emailing me some imagery of framed examples.
The next week my beautiful framed Thorpe’s arrived and where hung on the wall in all their glory
An easy to use website, with very responsive customer service, who where able to answer all my questions re framing, edition numbers and mediums of printing (I am no expert)
I would heartily recommend them
Update - I have used Picture Perfect Gallery again to purchase a Kerry Darlington limited edition and Russell and the team have been outstanding, thank you again.
