If you’re looking for high quality formula, look no further than Organic Formula Warehouse. Not only also they have the best selection of premium European formula, they have just as good of a customer service team. Reliable and responsive team of professionals who truly put the client first. I am not one to write a review without it exceptional service and I’m impressed. This is the only place I’ve ordered formula and will continue to tell any new mom I know about this gem. Very happy with the customer service I recently received from Prescila at My Organic Formula. I had reached out to her regarding an order I placed in January for Organic (Bio-Nature) Kendamil. I noticed the batch I received had a different taste and smell that I was not familiar with and my son was not taking it (strong metallic smell/taste). Prescila explained that it’s a known issue from Kendamil’s latest production batch and all QA tests show no impaction with quality and safety. Fast forward 3 months later, I reached out to see if this problem was rectified and Priscila had kindly offered to send out 2 cans of premium (non-organic) for my son to try (at no cost!) She said the non-organic Kendamil did not have the same reported metallic taste/smell that the organic batch had. I appreciate the great customer service from Prescila knowing that my son was unable to drink the last order I placed! Thank you!

Greatness that mixes well
Initially we started our daughter on Novalac but after getting recommendations from friends and reading all positive reviews we made a switch.
First thing we noticed it mixes so well without any clumps, and our daughter loves it....!!

The formula I’m using for my 6months…
The formula I’m using for my 6months old is sold out everywhere. I found it on My Organic Formula for a reasonable price and ordered just a pack of two to be sure it’s legit.
The shipping was extremely fast (ordered on Sunday and was at my door on Wednesday) and it was well packed.
I’ll definitely order again!

why seed oil????!!!!
Why you and all formula companies use seed oils? They are pure poison
Can’t you just simply manufacture animal based products? Proper human food? We are not meant to eat vegetables specially seed oils!
Of course you are one of the best on market no added sugar or palm but seed oil and all those artificial additives makes it less appealing.

However, most formulas include them to provide essential fatty acids — particularly omega-3 and omega-6 — that are crucial for healthy brain and eye development in babies.
That said, we only carry what we believe to be the cleanest, highest-quality formulas available — no added sugars, no palm oil, and always held to the strictest European organic standards. If a better, truly seed oil–free formula meeting all nutritional and regulatory needs becomes available, you can bet we’ll be the first to add it to our shop.

Ordered the Kendamil comfort milk, but unfortunately it did not jive with our baby. Customer service provided us with the option to select a different brand for free, so we got the hypoallergenic Hipp formaula.
