I have ordered HiPP German Stage 2 Goat Milk Formula (400 gr.) by what I have received is a box of HiPP German PRE Goat Milk Formula (400 gr.)
I am going to travel next week and I have sent multiple emails and no one reached out to me to fix the situation.

As for your little one’s stool changes, green color and stronger odor can occasionally happen with formula feeding and are not uncommon. That said, every baby reacts differently, and we always recommend consulting your pediatrician for guidance if you have any concerns about your baby’s digestion or tolerance.

Super happy I tried this place out
I was hesitant because I hadn’t heard of this company before. However I tried it out and am so happy I did!! They had a promo going which was great. My only issue is that there was a glitch where I wanted a 5-pack but in the cart it would show up as 10. So odd! I cleared my cookies and it ended up working eventually. Other than that 5 stars and will be shopping again!

Issue Resolved
We recently ordered baby formula milk and unfortunately encountered an issue with the temperature of the products upon delivery. However, the customer service team was quick to reach out to us and handled the situation with care and professionalism. They responded promptly, offered a replacement, and ensured we received it shortly after. Their excellent communication and fast resolution really stood out, and it helped us feel confident in their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. This may be one of the better options…
This may be one of the better options available today. But the greatest flaw lies in the use of vegetables and seed oils as a source of omega fatty acids. Vegetables and seeds are not proper human food — let alone suitable for infants and children. Plant oils are unstable, inflammatory, and act as toxins in the body. What belongs in infant nutrition are animal-based fats and proteins. These are natural, stable, and fully bioavailable. They nourish growth instead of disrupting it, and they support development in the way the human body is designed to thrive. But the hope is that future generations will be given truly healthy, animal-based options for infants: formulas free from plant poisons, built instead on the foods that have always sustained human life. But thanks for giving us this product

Good customer service
I ordered formula for my baby 2 months before she was born because she could have possibly been born early because IGR, thankfully she was born on time at 40 weeks. But now that I have gone to use my formula it expires next week….the product has a shelf life of 12-18 months.
I messaged my organic formula and they let me know that the date of expiration for liquid formula is shorter and offered me a solution.
I appreciate their customer service.

Regarding expiration dates, we include information on our website noting that ready-to-feed (RTF) formula has a shorter expiration date than powdered formula primarily because it is already mixed with water, making it more susceptible to spoilage over time. Since it comes in a liquid form, it is more perishable and must remain sterile to ensure it is safe for infant consumption. Unlike powdered formula, which is dry and more stable, ready-to-feed formula does not contain preservatives and is more sensitive to changes in storage conditions. Additionally, the packaging used for liquid formula typically offers less long-term protection compared to the airtight containers used for powder. For these reasons, manufacturers assign shorter shelf lives to RTF formula to maintain safety and nutritional quality.
