had an issue with my original organic formula order where the wrong stage was sent, and while the situation was stressful at first (especially as a parent), their customer service truly impressed me. They took responsibility right away and immediately sent out a replacement without any hassle.

Unfortunately the replacement got delayed in customs, which was completely out of their control — but throughout the entire process they stayed responsive, helpful, and supportive. It’s rare to find a company that genuinely stands behind their product and does everything they can to make things right.

Mistakes happen, but how a company handles them matters most — and they handled this beautifully. I’m very pleased overall and would absolutely order again.

Their customer service is excellent, very responsive, and you genuinely feel that you are dealing with real people who truly care—especially when it comes to meeting your child’s urgent needs.

Although the stated delivery time is up to 10 business days, my orders have never taken more than 4 days to arrive.
What I really appreciate is their transparency regarding expiration dates. They inform me about the batch expiry of the formula and notify me in advance if a batch has a shorter shelf life, or offer alternatives with longer expiry when needed.

My son is now 1 year and 2 months old, and I have been ordering his formula and cereal from them since he was 6 months old. I exclusively purchase HiPP products from them and have never felt the need to look elsewhere.

Buy in bulk, you'll pay close to the samw price for one of the best products in the world as the garbage that we are pushed to buy in Canada. Excellent quality, baby never had a single issue.

The customer service team was so understanding and accommodating when helping me sort out an issue with my child’s formula. They were very quick to offer a solution and ensure my child was taken care of.
I was already a big fan of the company before and the way they handled my issue solidified my feelings about My Organic Formula even more. I recommend them to everyone!

I try to order one time 6 formulas not subscribe every few weeks. I asked for help and respond was " there is way to buy our product once" No help at all. Now I'm stuck with every 10 weeks subscription which I don't want. Baby is growing and I will not need 6-12 months formula in 2 months

The entire ordering process is pretty easy but it's expensive. I had to get the comfort line which is only available online for purchase and only have the option to order multiple cans at a time which makes it even more expensive when it's such a large lumpsum of money at once. The price is worth it however I still have to give my son probiotic drops which I thought I would be avoiding with paying the price i am with the description of the formula. It does seem to be less harsh on his little belly just have to add the probiotics. Also any sort of mostiure and it clumps a lot of the powder which is very waist full. We use a baby breeza and get 3 bottles filled before the machine is telling us it needs to be cleaned only to pull the part out and have massive collection of the formula chucked together. Good product but expensive and waist full with the baby breeza. If you want to get the most from your purchase should mix this formula the old fashion way and not through the baby breeza.

Love the Hipp stage 1 Dutch formula for my baby. We tried so many other others, including other Hipp ones. We felt so defeated and felt like giving up and just sticking to the last formula she was on. We decided to give this formula one last try. It ended up working amazing. She has no gas, bloat or spit up on this food. We ended up subscribing to the 6 cans every 5 weeks to save some money. We even ordered the RTF version for an upcoming trip. I do wish they had the ready to feed in Dutch though. It only comes in German currently.

I received the order quicker than I expected. It’s just the second day of using it so I can’t give a review on my child’s response to it. But when it come to delivery they exceeded my expectations 👍👍👍👍👍
