Hello. I used the services of MyNova a few days ago. I wholeheartedly recommend their services. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel a family and friendly atmosphere. The entire staff, from the lady who greets you at the door, to the team dedicated to improving your smile, to the lady bringing you coffee, are professionals who care about your well-being and safety. A company worth recommending.

My experience started back in the winter of 2024 ..all my remaining teeth removed a sinus uplift an 6 on 6 implants in place . That was totally pain-free..and such a big deal given I am terrified of dentist so this wk I returned to have my implants fitted with teeth . I'm still terrified of dentist but the staff at my nova are out of this world .so welcoming patient and kind ..Ece my patient advisor had been with me through every step and always at the end of the phone did I need her for anything I highly recommend my NOVA

Myself and my husband have just completed the 1st part of our treatment plan with My Nova in Izmir including extractions, sinus lifts and implants. As nervous patients we can safely say that our experience was amazing from the pick up from airport, to the hotel, to the clinic and the work that was done we are completely happy. The clinic is modern, bright and clean and has up to date machinery. The dental staff are extremely good at their jobs and str very professional and put us at ease and ensured we had no pain throughout the procedures. Our wonderful co ordinator Irem translated everything step by step as to what was going to happen. Communication with her was perfect no matter how small the question was or what time we sent messages we had an instant reply to put us at ease. The front desk girls are extremely helpful and greet you with a smile. If you are considering Turkey for dental work, we would have no problem in recommending My Nova 100%.

Overall a very positive experience. A well run Dental Clinic with experienced, friendly staff. Pick up from and return to hotel, ensures a stress free journey to each appointment. I would not hesitate to recommend My Nova Clinic if considering dental work abroad. Imelda, my Liaison Person was particularly helpful throughout the visit and could be relied upon to provide honest and useful information for the duration of the visit. Unfortunately I cannot remember the names of all the technicians, dentists, surgeons, nurses and reception staff who worked on my teeth, but I would like to pay particular thanks to the technician/dentist and his assistant who preformed most of my dental work, resulting in a smile to be proud of. Each and every member of the team worked in an extremely professional manner in an environment that felt safe and comfortable. Many thanks My Nova for my beautiful smile.

I came to mynova in janurary,after years of researching,i found imelda who is a irish rep that couldnt do enough for me,no question was to much and put me at ease from our first conversation to meeting her i wouldnt have done this journey without you i will be for ever greatful the staff her are super friendly i felt like home from the time i came in,big shout out to my Dr Seda who was my dentist and is extremly good at what she does also put me at ease,ive had 12 implants and now my new smile is completed. I would 100% reccomend my nova dental to anyone considering dental treatment. 100% ask for imelda the irish rep you will not be diasappointed with your overall experience .

From the day we arrive my husband and I have received a high standard of care.
I was here as chaperone for my husband who was having implants, as the one he had in the uk were not the best standard and cost a lot of money, and have never sat right even though he went back to the UK dentist to get them sorted many times.

We started our trip on Monday 12th of May after my husband spent over a year researching about “MyNova” dental clinic. For the last few months we have been dealing with the rep Imelda. Imelda has arranged everything for us, appointments, lifts, hotel, and been there every step of our journey. Imelda is very hard working and makes you feel like one of the family x

After seeing all the extremely delighted people having either finished their whole treatment or this part of it, I decided I also wanted in.
On the 14th i had a consultation and on 15th I had teeth removed and implants put in place. The lovely dentist Sezan has been the one who has looked after me, been very caring. She has done all my scans, X-rays and fitted my temporary teeth. She is a beautiful star x
Im not going to lie, once it started I thought I’d made a mistake. It wasn’t painful just uncomfortable. I didn’t tell anyone, I remembered back to why I was doing it and the end results, and was back on track.
On the 16th I was fitted with dentures by Sezan and I am very happy with them,
My husband and i will be back over in September to complete our journey and have an amazing smile… 😁

The clinic is extremely clean and modern, there are lots of different rooms where different things are performed.
Nothing is to much for the staff there, they are there to help you achieve that perfect smile x

These guys are amazing. From the airport pick up, with the frienldy drivers, to the quailty of the hotel.The organization of your guide/translator (Irem, thank you so much for eveything) is very atentive and they are here for all your needs, no matter what it is. The customer service in general was incredible. The high level of perfectionism from the dentists ( Dr julide and assistant edanur, thank you so much). All the staff in general are amazing, they really make you feel at ease. The qauilty of their work, along with the price is next to none. My teeth look incredible and I could not be happier. Contact them and ask for Irem, she will explain everything with perfect English and you will be on a plane before you know it.

Came in for check up which resulted in a bit of minor work which was done to high standard. Excellent dentist, super clinic. Very happy!

Great place and team. I visited kusadasi clinic and the team there are very professional. The clinic is spotless and I felt listened too and the communication was great. I return for my implants to get crowns later this year and I'm looking forward to it.

I was very nervous before going out to Turkey to get work done on my teeth. My Nova really put me at ease. I was recommended My Nova by a friend who only had really good things to say. My Nova took really good care of me from the time I stepped off the plane till the time I went home. The hotel was lovely and so were all the people at the clinic. They made me feel comfortable and took such good care of me. After every treatment I got a text to see how I was ,making sure I was ok. They were so friendly and welcoming. I really felt at home and feel like I've made really good friends while I was there .I was looked after so well. I was really impressed with the high tech clinic. All the equipment was brand new and top of the range. All the Doctors and Dentists were very professional and very good at their jobs. I'm so pleased with the treatment I got and my new teeth look fantastic. I'm looking forward to going back in 4 months once my implants have healed to see my friends again and get my final 2 crowns.

From my first appointment everything was explained in detail, any questions I asked were answered fully, very hi tech and modern facilities. Staff real pleasant even had a few laughs during treatment and were fully professional. Everyone at home here in Ireland very impressed with my treatment. My review of the dental clinic My Nova in Izmir, Turkey, is extremely positive. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt exceptional care. The entire staff, from the dentists to the auxiliary personnel, operated at the highest level. The dental equipment was modern and well-maintained, which instilled confidence in me.

I would like to especially highlight Irem, my guide and translator, who organized everything for me, including picking me up from the airport, providing a wonderful hotel, and arranging transportation from the hotel to the clinic. Her professionalism and attention to detail made me feel comfortable throughout my stay.

Even the cleaning lady, who brewed excellent coffee, contributed to the pleasant atmosphere in the clinic. I have always been afraid of dental visits, but after my experience at My Nova, my perspective has changed dramatically.

I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to all my friends, and I can't wait for my next visit! Thank you, My Nova!

I was a patient at Nova Dental for years believing they were the best and at the top of their game for Dental care. I couldn't have been more wrong. You will spend hours with a different student every semester if you need more than a few visits. They will all be nice and caring, but very inexperienced. They will mess up, you will understand and go back. Until they make screw ups you can't recover from. For me they screwed up a crown which had taken months of visits and a year of waiting for it to finally be finished. My brand new crown broke a week and half later. Months later, and after much complaining, they finally offer to make good on it and give you an implant since your natural tooth is too damaged to replace with another crown. You patiently accept, start all over again. And have to under go a bone graft. After which your mouth is completely numb and has that cotton-mouth feeling in addition to severe pain. You call, complain, and they tell you is normal. It will go away in a couple days. It does not. After weeks, then months, you are still in severe pain. Your student dentist from the faculty practice tells you not to complain or they won't fix your tooth. Several more painful notes later, they finally admit that they have damaged your trigeminal nerve. And bonus, because it can only be corrected within a few weeks of original surgery, your screwed again. You can't fix it now, you are stuck with one quarter of your face paralyzed for the rest of your life. And they won't do anything at all about it. On top of that, now have a life time of constant numbing mouth pain, a paralyzed mouth, and over $10,000 wasted for a broken useless crown and a hole in your mouth. And trust me, they don't care at all. All that money you thought you would be saving, you were tragically wrong. And no, you can't sue. There's not a lawyer in town who will go against them. The lawyers would rather sue the patient on their behalf. This place is truly the worst if you need anything more complicated than a small cavity filled. Do not go there if you can afford a real dentist. It is not worth the time, the money, and even more numerous problems you will end up with. Do not be fooled like I was, and others before me who I had not known about.

I started my dental Journey in November 24 in my nova clinic in kusadasi and just finished all my dental work on April 5th 2025. I research a dental practice for a while and my nova was 💯 percent the clinic, I contacted Imelda Murphy directly who was my coordinator and through social media and then we spoke directly with each other through whattsapp. It was a completely reassuring process with imelda the communication dental appointment transfers professionalism accommodation etc is 💯 the comfort explaining everything was Amazing, my lovely dentist was unbelievable at her work, The attention to detail is unbelievable, the assurance the patience, the professionalism is just brilliant 👏 I had no pain but you will have a little discomfort which is totally normal,
