The customer service from start to finish was excellent. I ordered a Hypnos mattress, which I felt was reasonably priced. It was delivered on time, and the two lads were great—removing their shoes upon entering the house, they were friendly and professional.The mattress is very comfortable . No complaints

Fantastic mattress and top-tier customer support!
While the courier hit a delivery delay, the team at MyNextMattress was incredible. It was clearly a delivery partner issue, but customer support was super proactive and did everything in their power to get it sorted quickly. I felt completely supported and cared for every step of the way. Best of all, the mattress itself is amazing—we absolutely love it! Highly recommend.

This company offers an exceptional experience. No bots, no bull**** but honesty, clarity, quality and decency. And the best price!
1. You can get through on the phone quickly to someone who actually knows what they are talking about.
2. I got the mattress (Hypnos) at the best price with complementary pillows (Sleepeezee) and a cotton mattress protector giving me a 60 day trial.
3. As I bought a sale mattress I got free removal of my old mattress.
4. The guys who delivered it were polite, tidy and attentive, arrived exactly on time and did everything efficiently and caused no damage or mess.
In short I cannot recommend this Company more. Oh I nearly forgot to say. The mattress is super comfy and supportive!
