Working with different coaches on MYNDUP has exceeded my expectations. It has allowed me to create the life that truly resonates with my desires. I am eternally grateful to the team and in particular coach Jatinder for guiding me to a new life full of joy with a new job and great prospects ahead!

I was curious about MYNDUP's service and really loved their mission that there is no single solution to mental health. In the past, I had found counsellors didn't give me proactive help with my diagnoses for the future. I would spend entire sessions uncovering childhood trauma for seemingly no reason - until I had already invested in 10 sessions with no further progress or improvements.

I booked a next-day session with Sandeep on the MYNDUP platform and I am so impressed. Booking and joining the call was clear and simple (I really appreciated the reminders). She is a fantastic professional who showed true care, and was friendly and made sure she could help me in the way that would be most effective for my goals and how my life looks - the way seeking help should be!

The fact you can book a session for under 24 hours, with a range of different practitioners, is incredible - this will be such a lifeline to so many people who need urgent help. Highly recommend!

I contacted MYNDUP at a time in my life where I had decided to give up, I didn't deserve nor need help, never been so happy to admit I was wrong! Fergus helped me understand my depression and anxiety and what kept me in a state of panic. The MYNDUP team helped me develop tools to channel how I was feeling in a positive way. I've used MYNDUP for a variety of matters - motivational assistance, counselling, executive and leadership coaching. It's a fantastic service and one that I truly cherish.
