Horrible fit. Sleeves not made big enough to fit any normal person. Said they would send another so I paid shipping and a month later still nothing. I blocked them on FB so I don't see them anymore and will be more careful of these Chinese sites going forward.

Terrible quality, NOT what is pictured is shipped, the EASY return policy is a scam as YOU must pay to have items sent to CHINA for a refund. I paid $176 for four items that were cheap quality or not at all what the picture i ordered from on their site. They offered me $20 refund and I could keep the cheap clothing or shoes with buckles that don't buckle. Infuriating! I called my credit card company and have issued a fraud request! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Total scam! Blouse I ordered was black, this one is blue, cuffs, hem, and placket all different than the photo. So flimsy! And that 30-day return policy does not exist. They will give you 10% off to let you keep the trashy product. Don't do it!

The address on the package is not ours.
A full refund is contingent upon the return of the item. If the item is damaged during transit, we will not be able to refund you upon receipt of the item.
Additionally, you would need to cover the expensive international shipping costs, which is clearly not cost-effective due to tariff policies.
Therefore, we have communicated this situation to our manager. We also do not wish to incur losses, so we can only refund you 30%, and you may keep the item.
Alternatively, we can deduct the return shipping costs and refund the remaining amount, but the international return shipping costs are quite expensive, approximately 25-50 USD per item.

Thought this was out of the US (it's not) and was shipped from China. Then I received completely wrong dress. The style, the color and size all wrong and not even close to what I ordered and so cheap.... not even close to the catalog offer. The customer service was zero support and offer 15% refund or discount on next purchase LOLOL. and spelling and communication seemed like a 2nd grader texting a friend. What a joke!!!

Absolutely horrible. Their return policy is unclear and hidden on their site. BASICALLY THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS. Buyer beware!

Ordered a dress and they sent me the wrong size. They would not let me return it. They will not give me a full refund. Do NOT do business with them!

A terrible company- purchased a dress and necklace, sent incorrect items and refuse to refund or return. Dishonest, thieves.

Ordered a dress according to their size chart. It was way too small. They refuse to return and only offering 30% refund. Also found on Instagram. Stay away

The dress was too small and they offered to replace it if I paid the $15.99 shipping. Otherwise, they said I would have to pay expensive return costs. Stay away from the site.

Dress did not fit, poor quality and company refuses to provide a refund. After several emails back and forth the best they offer is 30% of my money back. Shady site-I definitely will stick with five star retailers going forward (honestly didn’t look at reviews first, found mymodl on facebook) Lesson learned.

I wish I had checked this website prior to ordering. I received my order. It does not fit. Does not look as advertised. Extremely poor quality. Looks like nothing like the pictures. I cannot figure out how to even contact them for returned/refund, but reading this it looks like it’s not even an option. They’ve actually just disappeared, there is paperwork inside the Packaging. Total scam. I never order anything off of Facebook, but this looked good. Will never do it again.

This clothing company is a scam. They will not honor their return policy and offer you 10% off or a gift certificate instead. I had to argue with them and file a dispute with PayPal to even get a partial refund. Be prepared to keep what you purchase from them if you order from them.

This website is a SCAM!' Beware!!!! The things that you order come in a very cheap fabric looking similar to what they show but not at all the same. They are made out of very cheap thin fabric maybe worth $10. Do not order the dresses by Julia Amory- They use her videos and show her products. I ordered the dress and it is horrible.

I just read all the comments and boy I wish I would’ve read these sooner 100% scamming operation got four items from these people or this so-called company two out of the four were horrific the other two just so so I’m out $150 and all they offer is 20% discount or 40% off next purchase like anyone would really purchase anything else from them horrible company Don’t know how to go about getting my money back, but it seems that I never will do not order from this company horrible experience

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing from MyModle. And not the glowing, fake, curated reviews on their website or Facebook. I requested to return an item i no longer wanted because it was such poor quality (took over a month to arrive). They responded that I had 2 options: keep the item and get a 20% refund or choose 40% off a future purchase. After further questioning the refund policy they said 35% was the highest amount they can refund. Don’t waste your money or your time. They are scammers 100%.

How is it in this modern day life of ours that this company is still scamming people and taking our hard earned Monday. I have reported them to IG and FB and disputed the payment with my bank and yet I still see new reviews from people being scammed. It’s so disheartening that dishonest companies like this can still trade. I have been asking for a refund from the 5th of October 2023. They have not responded to any of my emails from the end of December and I have sent many. Please do not purchase from this company.

I really wish I had a Zero option to rate. I Was Scammed. I wish I had read the reviews first. I outfit that I received was not as seen or described in the advertisement. Gold Sequin Pantsuit with 3D Embroidery. After a long wait for delivery. Outfit has No Sequins,No Embroidery. In fact the flower print is like Ironed On vinyl instead of Embroidery. Getting run around with Emails. Please Do Not Order from these Scammers.

I would give them a zero. They sent me 2 ugly cardigans that wasn’t even the product i ordered. I had to send them many many emails. They told me to keep the items and then said they refunded my money but i never received my $109 back. Do not order from them. They give. U the biggest run around.
