This software is useless garbage.
The generative AI works reasonably well until you move the chat window because of the zoom in and out that you use to see parts of your visualisation.
Then the rendering becomes a jumbled mess. There's no "Undo" just a "History" list which doesn't resolve anything.
On top of that, there is no way to delete your account, AND you will be charged the full subscription fee even if you cancel after 15 minutes. Luckily, I blocked the transaction through my credit card company.

As per others./ Trial period cannot be cancelled _ I tried, and I have now been charged £104. I am trying to get it stopped with Paddle.

Site has no, Contact, Help, or support - beware....

There website claims to help draw plans and blueprints. However they charge $1 for the first 15 days. After having a dialog with their website for a period of time, it became clear they were only interested in discussing the process, and not actually producing any real drawings or plans. I suspect that the percentage of people that signed up for a subscription and then canceled is quite high. There business model looks to be to extract $1 (non refundable) from as many people as possible.

There is no option to delete your account, only to log off. It's never a good sign if a website wants your email address but doesn't let you delete your data.

I tried to cancel during the trial period, but the "cancel" button did not work. There was no way to contact support to report this. I was then charged for a year without my approval, and there is no way to get a refund. Dear MyMap ai, please refund my money.

CAUTION - you cannot cancel the free trial subscription!

You will receive automated responses to complaints. A very dubious company!

The quality of the output/results when using the AI also does not meet expectations, the quality is too poor.

Hello Paddle / MyMap team!

If you have only made a mistake and are not deliberately cheating, then prove it to the world by

A) commenting here and

B) owning up to your technical mistakes and

C) finally reimburse the injured parties for the financial damage that was only caused by your mistake!

Subscription cannot be canceled
I chose the free trial to test it out. They took my credit card details. I didn't receive any confirmation email with which card number was linked or when the next payment was due, nothing. At the end of the trial period I didn't find it useful for my business and wanted to cancel so I wouldn't be charged for the next month. There was no personal locker with information about which card was linked and when I would be charged. There was only the information that I was subscribed to the Pro plan. When I completed the cancellation, again no email came, it still showed that I was subscribed to the Pro plan and the unsubscribe button was active, so I canceled again. Same story. Then I wrote to their Support chat in the little window in the bottom right corner. No response, it's been two days and I sent like 10 messages. Then I wrote an email to victor (@)mymap.ai. Still no response. I asked for a refund, still no response. a disgraceful site. total scammers

I have the same issue as has been reported. Made a trial account and there is no way to cancel it on the site. I have reached out to the founder, Victor Zhang, on Linkedin.

不能取消訂閱啊！窩操! 剛申請試用就要取消，竟然還找不到地方取消，email寄來的連結當天就過期了，寄信給support都沒回，twitter也沒回。

I cannot cancel my account. Customer support is awful. That is fraud

Long story short, I chose a free trial to test it. They took my credit card info. Didn't get any confirmation email with info what card number is connected or when is the due date for next payment, nothing. At the end of the trial period I didn't find it useful for my work and wanted to cancel not to be charged for the next month. There was no personal cabinet with info which card connected and when I will be charged. Just info that I am subscribed to Pro plan. When i finished cancellation again no email was received, it still showed that I am subscribed to Pro plan and the button unsubscribe was active, so I cancelled again. Same story. Then I wrote to their Support chat in the little window right bottom corner. No response, it's been two days I sent like 10 messages. Then I wrote to their email to victor (@)mymap.ai. Still no response. So I have no idea if it was cancelled, if and when I will be charged, they have my card info.
I talked to my bank to make sure I can prevent this coming charge, my bank freaked out and blocked all my cards, just to be sure. It's a nightmare.
